Have owned a vehicle I purchased from here for less than 2 weeks. The vehicle has had had multiple problems causing it to become unsafe. Issues including no power steering, break faults, loss of traction control. The company sold me a vehicle claiming it to be a safe vehicle that was looked over by the techs. Instead the vehicle had had nothing but major issues which pose a safety concern for myself and others on the roadBusiness response

Money Spent - At time of transaction, $750 / As of right now, $1150 Business - Champion Chevrolet, **** ******* After buying my car, but before leaving the lot, I had heard this grinding noise coming from my front left tire. I brought the car home, had it checked out by my dad, and we decided I'll bring my car back to the dealership the next morning and see what to do. I drive the car back to the dealership the next morning, tell them about the issue, and they tell me they'll check it out. Bought the car on Friday the 12th, dropped it off the next day, and was told I'd have an answer on Monday. Monday comes and I receive no calls; so I call them and see if they got to checking my car. They told me they hadn't and will have an answer on Tuesday. Again, receive no calls and decide to call them. They told me they hadn't got to it yet and would need some hours to check. They call me an hour later and tell me everything is fine with the vehicle and I can pick it up on Wednesday. So Wednesday rolls around and I get a call from the guy who sold me the car; telling me that the battery needs replaced in my car and they'll need another day. On Thursday I arrive at Champion to pick up my vehicle and was assured by the whole service group that my car was fine. I get in the car, drive 10 feet and immediately hear the issue. I bring the car back the night of and asked if one of the service employees could get in the car with me. A woman named ****** got in the vehicle with my father and I. Before we even left their garage she heard the issue and confirmed it. Weeks go by as I try to get an appointment scheduled and my car fixed. Finally I get the car in, they inform me its a link in the sway bar that's broke and send me the **** in the mail saying I have to pay. I talk to the head service manager and he tells me the next day that they'll cover the cost, but they won't get me in until the 27th. So my worry is that the car is worse then what they tell me and are trying to delay?Business response
