Had my 2013 Hyundai Sonata stolen and car was taken there by insurance to get fixed. I got my car back after a month and immediately told my insurance company that my steering wheel column was making all kinds of noise, and I had front end noise that was not there before my car was stolen and the steering wheel column broken by the thieves. My insurance company and I was told by an employee there that the noise was coming from a part that needs to be replaced for $300 that it is due to normal wear and tear, and it was not caused by my car getting stolen and the steering wheel column being tore up in the theft. My car never made any noise from the steering where nor did I have any noise coming from my front end before my car was stolen. I keep up the maintenance on my car so if my car's steering wheel would of been making that sound before my car was stolen you best believe it would of been fixed. I feel like since my car is a 2013 and has high miles that they are assuming that it is due to normal wear and tear. So at that moment that day when my car was stolen that piece went bad? I do not believe that. That should of been replaced when they fixed the steering column. Now since they told my insurance that it was due to wear and tear insurance will not cover it. I think this is bad business and I got my car back worse than it was before the car was stolen.

This car place is very bad to me at doing business I've brought a vehicle from them and I only had it for four months they will not put me in another vehicle reliable for me and my kids they want me to come up with more money when I already pay a car note every two weeks had to spend a thousand on a rental out my pocket they sold me a lemon didn't tell me brakes roders wheel alignment needed work I didn't mess that up I haven't even had car that long to mess that up now that I ask for them to put me in a reliable vehicle for my children and i I gotta pay out of pocket again not to mention it's messing with my lively hood and engine needs to be fixed in car so whole time me and my kids been riding around in a car with a bad engine and I can't get compisated with anything else without having to put any money down and it isn't right
