On Sept 14 I called this company which said on their website that they were located in ***** ** to repair my dryer that the Start button was not working. They sent a technician out, he said it was the computer box he replaced it. They charged $70 to come out and $616.00 balance. The following day I washed a load of clothes the dryer did the same thing before they came! Press start button would not start! Sent the same technician pulled the whole machine apart, he could not figure out the problem. Left the whole machine dryer parts on the basement floor for 3 days! Came back and said we can bring you a dryer from our warehouse to use, I said No I want my dryer fixed! Then he said he wanted to replace 2 more computer boxes on front panel of the machine and he would have to order them. I then said the panel worked and lit up just fine, the start button was the only problem. He then left after putting the dryer back together, came back pulled the whole dryer apart.again and insisted on ordering the computer boxes again. And changed the main computer box again with the original one he took off! I then asked him if he could bring in another technician to consult with? He then said No and I (Quote) If I bring someone else and they fix it then they will get the credit! This went on for a week! The last I spoke to him he keep insisting the same solution, which was ordering those parts! So I called out a new technician from ***** Appliance repair, he was in my home for 20 min and figured it was a Door sensor charged me $135.00 and the dryer worked! Now I am out $686.00 and I cant get nothing done with them for a refund because they insisted I write a Check for the balance rather than let me use my credit card, so my banks hands are tied to help me! Because the cashed my check the very next day! I need to try and stop this company from doing this to anyone else! I am 72 years old and this money lose is a great amount to someone on social security like me!
