      These guys performed work on my truck back in August 22. They disconnected a particular electrical connector going to the Oil pressure control solenoid while doing an Oil pump R&R.Pretty sure they broke the locking retainer on the electrical connector and stuck it back on anyways because a couple thousand miles later it came off and threw a code. Now they refuse to warranty the thousands of dollars spent to go back in there and properly do the job by replacing a $30 part that shouldve been done in the first place with the oil pump.I have a different ***** dealer doing the work and the current tech said he always recommends changing that harness for that very reason. The connectors become brittle living in a 200 degree+ environment and almost never seat correctly again. In fact the locking clip to keep the connection isnt to be found which explains why it came apart after a couple thousand miles of engine vibrations.So Hublers response is that they wont warranty it because they didnt change the harness, but they most certainly jacked up the connector when removing it to do the oil pump and then sent it on its way. So now they expect me to pay $1000s in labor to go back in and fix it- again. How is this right?They are supposed to have a 12 month / unlimited mile warranty to cover labor/parts and yet refuse to honor it.
