I observed **** using the same comb on me that was used on a previous client, despite my objections. Additionally, she failed to adhere to proper sanitation practices, as there was no noticeable presence of Barbicide.Moreover, when I expressed dissatisfaction with the hairstyle, **** refused to make adjustments and became confrontational. The hairstyle began to unravel shortly after leaving the salon, indicating poor quality and inadequate service. Additionally, she neglected to disclose the type of hair product required for the service, leaving me uninformed and unprepared.To add insult to injury, the service was priced at an exorbitant $200, despite the substandard experience and outcome.Enclosed with this letter, please find any relevant documentation, including photographs, receipts, and a detailed account of the events.I urge you to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take appropriate disciplinary action against Yaye of Pretty Braid and Extensions to prevent similar incidents in the future.
