07/07 I contacted ******************* inquiring about fixing a leak and ceiling in my home. That evening he confirmed a leak and said he would come back the following evening to find source of said leak. 07/08 he cut holes into my living room ceiling and under my sink, after confirming he would repair both. He stated the leak was from the roof. That evening my HOA confirmed that the leak was from the attic, not the roof. ************ stated he could do the repairs, charging me $150 for a (inaccurate) diagnostic. He scheduled the repairs for Sunday July 10th at noon. That afternoon he contacted me stating his employee would be late due to being out of town before canceling and rescheduling for Monday. During this time the leak is creating more damage. 07/11 his employee came to my home but only fixed the leak, stating that I would have to talk to ************ about the ceiling and sink. ************ charged me $250 for the leak repair but would not set an appointment for the ceiling and sink, stating that it would be later this week and that I had to work around his schedule. He then quoted me $100 to repair the ceiling but stated he could not fix the hole he cut under my sink. Two more days go by before he confirmed that he would send someone out on Thursday, July 14. He then stated the ceiling repair would actually be $350, then the following day told me I would have to reimburse him for paint. On the 14th the employee stated that he would have my ceiling and sink repaired by the 15th. On the 15th he was an hour late, causing me to miss work and did not finish the job. He stated would would finish the ceiling on the 18th, but would no longer fix the sink. Today, the worker was an hour late, again making me miss work. He still isnt finished, stating he will be back tomorrow morning. I have made several attempts to talk with ************ but he does not take accountability for his lack of professionalism. This 2-3 day job has taken almost 2 weeks and has affected my work.
