I had bought a washer on Sept 29-2023. Everything was fine until the washer started leaking when it was off(a day after purchase), I had contacted the seller and his techs to come look at it, took a few tries but made progress. ****(if i remember correctly) asked me what the model number was so he can see if he has/ needs to order the part since has already had a clue on what was the problem. He was supposed to come Wednesday last week but couldnt since he had to order the part, so we arranged for him to come and fix it, Monday (October 16, 2023), he didnt set up a time to come so I messaged him in the morning to see if he was still able to make it, no answer, tried to contact the business via phone, goes straight to voicemail. Its been a good three weeks since this has been happening and they have a 45 day warranty thats not being honored. If I had known that this business and its employees/ owner have the communication skills of a toddler i wouldve steered clearer and purchased somewhere else or bought a whole brand new set to avoid this. I have screenshots of all the messages exchanged. All I want is for my washer to be fully function or get a partial refund for the washer.

Runs on ******** marketplace under the different name of "Appliance Guy". The only reason I know its them is the receipt lists this as their address and all the ****** complaints match what they did to me. They ruined my brand new flooring on the install, then when the dryer I bought from them stopped working less than a week after they installed it they strung me along for over 2 weeks saying I never contacted during business hours despite my messages having time stamps saying otherwise. They kept promising to send someone out to look at it as covered in their warranty and then stopped replying. Now I have had to pursue other repair options which will run me between ******* dollars. This place is a scam who sells broken appliances and then refuses to honor warranties by ghosting. When they were contacted again via a different posting they tried to say I must not have tried very hard to contact them, however I have text receipts showing they stopped replying to me. Then tried to act like they weren't responsible when I contacted them again after nearly another month of waiting and not having a working dryer and said I should go in person to the store if I want to complain which is how I even knew to look for them at that address under another name. They are listed as the Appliance Guy on ******** marketplace, the Appliance Plug on the receipt and the Appliance Factory at the physical location.

On 3/4 I paid ***** with Appliance Factory $390 for a washer and dryer set with 45 day warranty. After a few days, both items began to malfunction. Appliance Factory has stopped responding to texts or voicemail seeking assistance.

I bought a washer and dryer set, within an hour realized it wouldnt fit in the space we have so my husband made **** aware. He assured us it was no issue and wed get a refund when he returned from his daughters game. On Tuesday, a dryer was delivered, but ******* said he didnt know the details of the refund and told us to contact ****. I spoke with **** on Wednesday and Friday and he assured me I was not getting the runaround, that I would get my money by the end of the day. A week later, he still owes me $400 and will not answer his phone or any messages.

Bought a refrigerator with a 45 day warranty. Within 2 weeks we noticed the fridge part never got below 48 degrees and food was spoiling. The freezer worked fine. Called many times (20+ times) and had gotten the owner ***** one time who said that it would be taken care of and a service company he uses will call me. He said if I didn't hear back within a day or two to call him back. That was 12 calls ago and no contact with ***** or anyone.

I purchased a dryer on March 2, 2022. I was informed of a 45- day warranty. This was also written on my receipt. Dryer was delivered and installed the next day. Later that evening, we realized that the timer did not work and we had to manually turn off the dryer. I contacted **** and he confirmed that the timer is covered under warranty and he was dispatching a technician to replace it. 4 days later, no tech. I contacted **** and he stated a timer was ordered and shipped to my house. 3 weeks go by and twice more he told me a timer was ordered. Now he wont respond to my calls or text messages. Its been almost two weeks since Ive last heard from him.

I bought a washer and dryer set September 27 2021. This purchase came with a 45 day warranty. On October 26 I messaged Appliance Factory stating the washer was leaking water. I used multiple forms of communication ********** text message, phone calls) but was unsuccessful in reaching anyone for several weeks. At the end of November I caught someone at the store itself and someone was sent out to look at the washer. (When asked why it was so hard to get in contact with Appliance Factory, I was told they had not had any internet. I called the phone number provided and the voicemail was full and no one ever answered or returned a call.) They quickly stated the issue was plumbing and not the washer itself. I then had someone look at the plumbing for the laundry room. They noticed the water leaking from the side of the washer and stated a seal is broken which is causing the leaking of water from the washer. The plumber not the appliance people found the issue. The washer has been leaking water since I received it. I would like some form of reimbursement as I need to hire someone to repair the washer. I am not comfortable with having Appliance Factory fix the washer due to the inability of getting in touch with anyone along with the poor job they have already done.
