I am reaching out about my membership which I have cancelled and called about several times but keep getting billed for. I decided to cancel my membership last January when someone walked in on me tanning, looked at me naked and left the door open. I had to get up totally undressed and shut the door, everyone outside the door saw me naked. When I complained to gym management, they said that the lock on the door was broken and that they should have put up a sign or something. They were not helpful and told me the only thing I could do was file an incident report so, I did. I didn't like how the manager handled the situation; he thought it was no big deal but for me being seen naked by the entire gym was mortifying. At this point I decided to end my membership and they accepted my cancellation. Several months later, they began to bill me again and I didn't realize it because the direct withdrawals were going to a bank account that I don't use much. I have since gone in to the location and they said they have no recollection if the incident. They then, accused me of lying to get out of my membership. I asked the manager if there was someone else I could discuss this with and he said no. I then reached out to Planet Fitness Corporate and got a response, they asked for the club's info and information on the incident and refund status. I provided them with this information on 1/29/24 and have followed up eight times, they send emails saying they will help but no one ever follows through. I also reached on through social media and I get a response saying, we can help but no one ever follows through there as well. I would like a refund for the months I have been billed after cancellation. Thanks - *****************************
