    Terrible company. They advertise items for sale, many times offering deep discounts on them, only to reveal after many weeks of not receiving your purchase that the item was never in stock. I received an offer from them on a guitar through reverb and completed the purchase over the phone. I actually knew going in that it was not in stock because I called, but this did not prevent poor services and endless lying from the owner. Without they're knowledge, b/c I wasn't getting any info from them on shipping, I contacted Fender and was given shipping info for a guitar with my name on the box, I was told it would come straight to me by Melody, of course it went to them instead. When it arrived I called and they said that was someone else's guitar and already shipped out. I said I knew it had my name on it and they then said they mistakenly sent it out. After a couple more weeks of lies and promises of mystery guitars arriving in a couple days and Fender rep back channels, I asked for a refund, which I think I only received because I also filed a dispute with my card company. Since then I have received several offers on reverb from them unsolicited for items that say 1 left grab before it's gone that they do not have in stock and when I ask for any specifics on the item the either don't reply or say it has to be ordered and we can get whatever you want like it's a good thing. To be fair, if the item is actually in stock (you'll know because it will include serial numbers and say that pictures are of the actual guitar, if it doesn't say that, don't buy it) people seem to have an ok experience. But the owner is so prone to lying I wouldn't trust him no matter the situation. When I asked about why an item that was not in stock was listed as 1 left grab before it's gone they messaged back that that was reverb's fault and they had no other option, you know like listing it as preorder. What a joke of a bad company! Just be honest with people!

    Hello! There were zero intentions to mislead anyone. The listings clearly state "*Please allow ~ 3-4 weeks for delivery due to current shipping delays. If you have any specific setup requests or need it expedited, please let us know and we will gladly assist!" at the top of the listing. We have things allocated and scheduled incoming as part of our monthly product deliveries and our PO system recognizes that there is one coming in for us specifically so it will go ahead and populate the inventory as in coming / available just as many of our competitors do. The order was placed on 8/7/2023 and requested / refunded on 8/22/2023 two weeks later - literally right at the finish line. In the end, it was unfortunate that ***** could not wait a few days longer as it was a super great deal and we ALWAYS fill our orders and make the customers happy when given the chance. Would absolutely aid ***** again if they wanted to get the same awesome discount with the expectations of a little more patience and understanding next time :)
