I paid $159.74 for the Afterlife sneaker on 12/21/2021 and have received no product regardless of how many times Ive reached out to the merchant. They used to respond to me with empty promises and now they dont answer anymore. Im thinking about getting an attorney since my credit card company doesnt seem interested in helping me with this.Customer response

I have ordered multiple pairs of shoes by this designer I am out several hundreds of dollars its going on 2 years now they have not reached out to correct the wrong. This is criminal conduct , people should not be able to open a business they have no business being in. I am sorry I ever bought 1 pair let alone multiple. This is my last attempt trying to be civil before filing with my attorney. There are a lot of people like me , and this guy still has a site selling the same shoes that I was supposed to get 3 pairs in total I am owed or my money back! Paid $145 dollars for shoes, and like all the complaints you have here about the company I got the same run around. I have about 50 emails describing there excuses. Production, shipping, material, customs, and most recently lawsuits and and loss of data, all issues over the course of two years of why they cant send my shoes. They really need to be shut down. Ive been promised shoes or a refund for over a year each email switching the course of action. Then the bait and switch to try to sell you a lesser priced item which Im sure they wont send anyways. I ordered a pair of shoes from them on 12/21/21 for $162.65 I havent recieved the shoes as of 10/7/23 the owner has stopped responding to my emails. When he was responding earlier this year he blamed the delay on the manufacturer not making size or any larger sizes. Refused to tell me if my size would be made offered a different shoe and shirt at a lower value I also ordered another pair of shoes on 3/25/22 for $165 Owner has stopped responding to my emails. When he was responding he was blaming the manufacturer for delay.On 9/23/22 they offered to send a free pair of shoes for there delay on another pair of shoes I ordered from them. I was told it would be shipped out in a week. I havent even recieved those either He last responded on 6/11/23Initial Complaint

They are scammer telling you that the product is originally made to order so it will take about 3months, then after three months they will say sorry we are waiting for the factory then another few months they will blame customs clearance, then another few month they just stop replying to youInitial Complaint

i ordered a pair of shoes august 14th 2022 i have not received them and after numerous times contacting them still havent gotten them and on june 16th of this year they tried shipping it out to me and shipped it to the wrong place and contacted them about it and they responded on june 29th and said theyll try shipping it out again and they have not and i havent heard from them sinceInitial Complaint

I was charged $50 in Dec 2022, another 200$ in January 2023.. its now 6/24/23 i have sent 17 emails to the company and still no product ordered and no refund
