The response to my job was quick. After agreement was reached it was finished in good time. I would have appreciated the workers to be a little more neat during lunch break but that was a minor concern. My representative organizing the job was very efficient and appreciated. I continue to be confident in him.

Roofing and siding took 16 months to complete. They would not answer phone messages, email or texts during the process. Final bill was 67% more than original estimate. A very bad experience.

I wanted to use ***** ******************* shingles and found Equity Builders Roofing on the ***** Corning s website as one of their preferred roofing company, with very high reviews. I searched other sites, including HomeAdvisor for additional reviews, and found all great reviews for Equity Builders Roofing. Prior to hiring, I spoke with 4 other roofers. One roofer was too big or too busy to return my calls. The other 3 companies all seemed as if they were just salesmen making a quick pitch, so they can move to the next sale. Equity Builders Roofing was the 5th roofing company I called. I receive an immediate call back from the owner, *******. After my initial conversation, I immediately knew I would not call another roofing company. He's professional, very detailed oriented, candid and addressed all my questions. They are a small roofing company, but ******* uses his own crew, who are experienced and very knowledgeable. Equity Builders Roofing were prompt to the job site each day, provided excellent communications during the process, were very careful when removing the old roofing materials, avoiding any property damage, and thoroughly cleaned around my home at the end of each work day. The roof looks great and was properly installed to ***** Corning specifications. Based on my experience, I would 100% recommend Equity Builders Roofing located in Bloomington. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give Equity Builders Roofing a 10!
