They found me due to a general posting on Angies list. Their solicitation was favorable, and we agreed to a $21,000 + job. The first part was our garage floor, and they did that OK. They were to stamp and stain and seal all of our exterior concrete. (walk, porches,)They didn't get the color right, but we agreed to live with it. then the ??? hit the fan. The following spring, the stain and sealer failed. I was in touch with them and sent them another $400 which was the cost of the stain to fix the problem.It took them 4 months to even come by and see the damage, then crickets. No answer of phone, email or texts. So, the left the job in a lousy condition and never responded to the additional $400 they kept. Under zero conditions would I ever recommend them .Bad work and absolutely no integrity!!

I contacted MM Concrete Solutions to do an epoxy floor on my kitchen. Throughout the process I was coaxed by *********************** into believing that it would be a 3-5 day process. They would hit the **** on the floor and it would look awesome. They came in FAR below expectations. The job took 3 weeks. 3 different pours and still not right. Between the no call no shows, excuses, and total lack of prep work, I can't even begin to describe how frustrated I am over the course of 3 weeks. First- they did not hang plastic or take precautions to prevent dusting my entire home until I had to ASK THEM. Second-I was postponed over a month. Third- they ruined by basement carpet when self leveling fluid leaked through the upper level and their worker decided to CUT the carpet out instead of spending a little time to work a cleaning agent into it. Fourth-they proceeded to pour the first color and didn't prep before. Their were pockets, low spots, bumps, imperfections through the entire floor.What did they do? They decided to pour again. Another pour, different color combo. Same thing. Aweful prep work.SO THEY POURED THE THIRD TIME. I made it very clear that I am installing a 40k kitchen remodel in my own home and was told I would have a level floor. GLASSED OUT. It is far from glassed out. Far from level. I was promised and sold on a great job, sent pictures of previous jobs, stood up and given childish excuses. I was made to feel like I was a complete inconvenience for expecting a professional and clean job that I already paid for. At the end of the job, I was still not happy. After a week I noticed scratches on my floor and called him out to repair them. He came in alone, without having what he needed and attempted to fix the scratches. He used the wrong material and completely ruined the spots he was supposed to fix. UNDER WARRANTY MIND YOU.The next step is litigation. I will gladly remove this post if this is made right.

Polished concrete floor was not a polished concrete floor. Left old linoleum on the floor after they said it was "finished" blue tape was sealed to th floor. All the wood in our home is now pickled and ruined. 3 to 4 areas are burned through during grinding process. Told lighting and a rug will make a difference. I'm only asking for a fraction back. I have been ignored for months after agreeing on being reimbursed. I put 1 star because they did do demo work that was wonderful. They got our hot tub out and tile pulled up nicely! Then the nightmare started. The floor we have now is the 2nd floor they did. It is already peeling and chipping. I am so sad to even be here writing this. I tried MANY times to handle this quietly so it doesn't affect their business. But after we had to pay a cleaning company $600 to clean up what they ruined, I figured I'd let others know what they did. Our wood was put in the home by my late father in law. The wood is ruined throughout the entire house. All I want is our agreed money back. We haven't heard anything for 4 or 5 months. So now, unfortunately court and reviews are going to have to be our next step.
