To whom it may concern
The attached letter was written and filed after ***** ***** met with **** ****** and ***** ********* in April 2022.
*** ***** gave his son his debit card to make purchases. His son made more purchases than what *** ***** gave approval for. His son's account was credited by the retailer(X-box). *** ***** wanted the bank to do his investigative work for him with X-box. **** ****** and ***** ********* explained to him how to go about doing this. To the banks knowledge, he never did that. *** ***** had also received 4 monthly bank statements and did not contact the bank. The bank feels like they did all they could to help *** *****. The bank has followed the regulation regarding this matter.
This was also filed 2 years after the charges were made to his card. We are not sure why?
