My wife and I went to Bosak ***** to lease a vehicle, we test drove one and filled out all of the paperwork. We were told the price would be $397 a month plus sales tax coming out to $423 a month. We went to make the first payment and somehow the price jumped $55 a month and was now$480.97 a month. I immediately called and asked the financial manager ***** why. He told me that our credit scores came in a little higher and because of this our payment went up. They ran our credit and had our scores and the offer I thought was based on this. I told ***** we were told the amount was $423 a month and we were good with that. Not $480 a month. I asked him to send me the signed offer of $480 a month and he sent me an alto signed sheet that we had never seen before. I asked him why it just happened to be the only auto signed sheet and he could not answer me. I know this is hfraud.

I have spoken in length with *********************, he disputes the legitimacy of an electronically signed contract. The contract is attached, it was printed at the time of sale, and was emailed as well on March 5th. I spoke with him again on March 19th and he said he had never seen or received the contract, which I then forwarded on the original email he had received on March 5th including the contract. He did reply to the original email on March 5th, but still denied ever seeing the contract. He has repeatedly made threats towards the dealership and demanded money on the basis he never saw a contract. The contract was signed on the showroom floor electronically, and was time stamped sent to the bank in Route1 at the same time he was in the showroom taking delivery of the vehicle. In addition to this, Route1 shows a record of the contract being printed, the contract was then emailed again on March 5th to ensure he had a copy, and again on March 19th. I have ensured him that electronic contracts are legally accepted binding documents and standard practice across the automotive industry.

I am rejecting this response because:
My wife and I were never given a contract with the amount of $480, we were given an amount of $379 plus sales tax by the manager ***.  *** informed me after a very long conversation I had with him that the dealership was at fault for not communicating with us and not  showing us the total we would be paying.  How do you hand write a price and allow us to believe that is the price we would be paying shown in the picture I will attach and then up the price after we agreed on the price already. The first time we saw the $480 was when my wife checked her credit report.  This is fraud.  Also I never made any threats to the dealership!  I will swear this under oath.  This dealership is guilty of fraud!  It is funny to me how *** admitted to me that there was a lack of proper communication by the dealership and that they were at fault.  It is the dealerships responsibility to run our credit and present us with what our terms would be, not make a guess then raise the price after the fact.  We left there thinking we had the deal presented to us hand written by *** as seen in the picture I will include.  This is very misleading and is in our opinion. FRAUD.
