I had damage to my roof from a falling branch in September 2022 and discussed repairs with a representative from All Square. He was professional and explained everything that needed to be done. He met with reps from my insurance company and it was determined that I had additional hail and wind damage to the entire roof, including 2 skylights as well as eves and gutters and other fixtures including my siding which would all be repaired and replaced. I was told work would be done in March or April, 2023. I learned that the original rep had been let go and work would be starting in May but it is now June and no work has been started. I was requested by All Square to provide them with $18,000.00 to allow them to purchase materials to start repairs and I gave it to them on December 21, 2022. They keep telling me that other people had damages before me and that they would be fixing my home repairs after they finished others, but my damage occurred back in September of ************************************************************************************************************************************* a timely manner. I had also received information that wind and hail damaged my old aluminum siding which would be replaced with vinyl, but still no repairs have commenced but they have had $18,000.00 of my insurance money since last December. I requested 3 weeks ago that my agreement be terminated and my money refunded as I had found another repair company but was told work would start in May, but it is now June 6, 2023 and no date has been given to start repairs. I believe I have been patient enough with this company and want them to cancel my agreement and return the $18,000.00 as they have not done anything they told me they would be doing and I am very dissatisfied with the company.

Very unprofessional. Details between office and contractors is not communicated. Workers have no clue what they should be doing on which property and leave materials all over your property then get very disrespectful and demand that you are responsible for disposing after a certain amount of time. would give 0 stars if possible.

We met ASR on a job where we were the hvac contractor. Asking us to give multiple quote for replacements on another jobs. Once we did, we didnt hear back. They used quotes to raise insurance claims. Nearly a year later, we had hail come thru our area. Being at a home ours, I stopped to talk to them and **** offered to come look at my roof for no charge. He asked who I had for insurance and assured me they had a great relationship with my insurance company and getting roof replaced would be a breeze. My insurance company denied replacement and authorized repair. they had us sign a contract stating we would give them the work if approved. No estimate was ever provided. We went to an adjuster, which then went to appraisal, and ultimately ended up with the umpire. Just after the umpires visit, **** called me and told me to fire my public adjusters. And that I wouldnt have pay them the 10% fee. As I inquired about the ultimate decision of the umpire, **** told me we had won and we were awarded a good settlement. So I called my adjuster, which I didnt fire, for the final determination. Which the appraiser was not supposed to divulge. When informed officially, **** came around and telling me about my neighbors and their insurance cases. He gave me opinions of them that I didnt ask for. He started promising me he could complete the job on time(per insurance timeline) but wouldnt put it in writing. We would not get our depreciation if it wasnt complete, and we would have to pay out of pocket which was over $11k. Then I starting asking 5 friends that work not completed on time, or even started when they said they would. Then they were unhappy, but money was taken off their bill for 5 star reviews, even tho each person was no happy at all with their service. They are legally obligated to share they compensated of reviews. This is false advertising. Then he back dated new contract to keep me from canceling it. Tho no work preformed, they take me to court for nearly $10k.
