My complaint is in regards to **************** provided to me on my 2007 *** 328i by Miller auto care. The suspension work I agreed to was not completed correctly. Earlier in 2022, I agreed to have my suspension front sway bar end links replaced by Miller auto care after I was informed that they were completely worn out during other suspension work that involved new dampers and springs. Miller auto care provided the new front swaybar endlinks and the labor to install them. I have returned twice to the shop since the original suspension work to correct problems with this service work. After a few days after my first service was completed, I noticed the handling of the car was not the same and I returned my vehicle to Miller Auto Care. They informed me that the parts the front swaybar endlinks they supplied failed and installed new front sway bar end links at no additional charge. A few weeks after that service occured, I noticed the handling was poor again. I called and later stopped by and received no clear explanation to the problem I experienced or admission of failure on their work. A few weeks later, I was out of town and had to stop at another *** service center for emergency roadside assistance. They informed me that the front swaybar links were installed incorrectly and that the right and left swaybar end links were installed opposite from what they should be. The service dealership corrected the issue with swaybar end links but noticed other suspension installation problems. Upon returning home, I had a full vehicle inspection completed on my 2007 *** 328i by another service center. After receiving the vehicle inspection on my ***, I was informed of the following..."Front struts installed incorrectly, drivers side is not all the way down into the spindle and rear lower control arm bolt loose." Simply put, Miller auto care did not provide proper service for my *** suspension installation. Either correct the issue or fully refund my payment.Business response

If this is/was related to our work, I would like to check into that further with you. Are you able to provide the invoicing from the shops that checked out your car?
