On August 25th I went to Rejuve to have my hair colored and cut. I normally go to **** but she was booked so I ended up with ****** (lovely lady) however my color had no gray and my layers were done in a V instead of a U as I requested. Not what I asked for at all. I've reached out to the salon twice and no one has called or emailed me back. I am requesting a full refund of the $190 so I can go somewhere else and get my hair colored and cut the way I want. I do not plan on going back to Rejuve!Business response

We have been in business for 15 years! Our stylist are professionals and are constantly attending continuing Education to better their craft!
On that note, *************************** has been seeing *******************, our Senior most stylist on a regular basis and because she is booked out far in advance, she agreed to see our other Senior Stylist, ***********************.
We keep a note of every clients color formula on file, so if their stylist is not available, the formula would easily be duplicated. Color-retouch was done as per the formula. Upon leaving, she claimed she really liked her service with ******!
Her first complaint was her grey was covered too well, not showing some grey. This is absurd as you retouch your hair to cover the grey. I spoke in detail with both **** and ****** who said she was very happy with her color and haircut when she left.
Upon receiving her complaint, my manager, *********************************, offered to have her come in to re-do, with what she was not happy with, and she refused! Our stylists had taken the time and used the color ingredients to take care of the service, and according to both **** and ****** her cut was just the way she had asked for!
For the record, she has previously received a free haircut from a complaint she made earlier.
We take a lot of pride in the job we do, and our service providers are passionate about what they do! In the 15 years we've been in business, you will see that we have never had a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
First of all, I never received a call or email from a manager on this second incident, so provide me proof of that.Second, now that you mention my previous incident, do accept that the lady who screwed up my hair is no longer there because of how poorly she performed. **** did fix my hair because it was choppy she did not know what she was doing and based on ****** feedback it was screwed!
The fact that my hair was colored is not the issue, and if you feel it's absurd that I complaint because it was fully covered then why has **** left it with "natural gray" before?! Also, when I left **** was not around to confirm that I said I loved it and I left ****** no tip, confirming that I didn't care for the cut. Overall when she finished the ends were curl, so I couldn't see the shape of my cut until I got home and fixed my hair myself. I don't doubt your staff continue their hair education, as they should be I am the customer and I am not trying to take advantage of you, just informing you of my incident and asking for a refund, trust me I will not be coming back or recommending your salon, specially now that you called my complaint absurd.
