Hands down the most rude employees I have ever spoke to. Every single one. Its like they have meetings to be as rude as possible. They hang up on you. The second you ask a question, they speak over you. They harass you with multiple calls a day. You can block their number, they get a new number to call you off of. They laugh when you mention something. When you ask their name, they give a fake name so then when you call back to speak to that person, they state they have no one there by that name. ****** reviews on this company all show how unprofessional, rude, and the illegal practices they do. Every single review for years is one star reviews. The place needs shut down.

I am disputing the entire purported balance of $6,814.39, including any portion thereof. I am not indebted to General Credit Services, Inc. (Account No. *******, or Auto Sales (Account No. ****** for any amount. The account is entirely fraudulent and a result of identity theft activities.I am writing to assertively address a serious and unacceptable issue regarding a fraudulent account that has appeared on my credit report. The timeline of events is as follows: I first noticed the fraudulent account on or about April 18, 2023, and since then, I have taken steps to rectify this situation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter with both General Credit Services, Inc., and Auto Sales, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution.I have never applied for credit with either General Credit Services, Inc. or Auto Sales at any time in history. At no point have I completed any credit application with these entities. The subject account is entirely fraudulent and is a direct result of identity theft activities.General Credit Services, Inc. and Auto Sales are engaging in fraudulent practices and are in clear violation of both the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Furthermore, it appears that General Credit Services, Inc. and Auto Sales are using their corporate enterprise to commit fraud, which is indicative of a pattern of racketeering activity under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ******* ***** under 18 U.S.C. 1961-1968, targets organized crime and fraud conducted through an enterprise. This includes acts of fraud, identity theft, and other illegal activities designed to deceive and harm consumers.

The account of ********************* was placed for collection with General Credit Services by Auto Sales & Service on April 18, 2023.   They had previously notified him that his vehicle had been repossessed on February 14, 2019 and would be listed for sale.  On July 25, 2019 they notified him the vehicle was sold and the balance due.  After receiving no response they referred his account to the law firm of ***** & Malad, LLP to assist in collecting the balance.   We they had no success the account was then placed with General Credit Services.  At that time collection costs were added to the balance in accordance with the contract signed on September 23, 2016.   We then placed the account on his ********************** bureau file.   He disputed this on multiple dates and we confirmed the accurary of the information.   **************** signed the contract on September 23, 2016 and made payments on the vehicle until December 4, 2018, in excess of 2 years.   **************** called our office and asked if we would settle for an amount less than the full balance on March 5, 2024.   We informed him a payment of $4,500.00 would be accepted, he stated he would just go bankrupt instead of paying that amount.

I have attached a copy of the documentation he requested on June 4, 2024 and that was mailed to him that day.  Our client also informed us, this was ******************** 2nd vehicle purchase from them and he paid off the previous contract to them.
