We had our roof replaced in July 2019. Initially everything was great with a few months delay of getting the billing to the inside company for reimbursement to us (they finally sent everything in Oct 2020. In August of 2020 we had some shingles come off and they were very quick to repair/replace. Next day. In 2021 or ********************************************************* our furnace closet. They came out and stated that the roofers did not correctly seal around the exhaust vent for the furnace. We contacted our insurance company and there was $1,500 worth of damage to the drywall/insulation. When I discussed this with the owners son, he was going to contact me back and we have never heard from them again. In December 2022 we contacted them about shingles that came off again (same area as last time). They read the messages but did not respond. April 2 of 2023 we asked for a copy of the original contract and for the brand name and color of the shingles, so that we could get a different roofing company out to replace/repair. Again, they read the messages, but refuse to respond to us. We would simply like a copy of our contract, the name and color of the shingles, and drywall repairs now needed in the furnace room and garage from the shingles that need to be replaced and for the incorrect work initially performed.
