On June 1, 2023, Restore Group and I entered an agreement to repair storm damage to my home, based on estimate done for my carrier, ******************** by their adjuster, *******************. After some minor adjustments ($400) for yard sign etc., the total was $17,795.79. I have paid 50% down, $8,897.89.The issue is that, while the repair of the roof and downspouts went as written, not so the cupola and weathervane.Line items 9 & 10 of the estimate clearly show the removal and disposal ot the cupola and weathervane. Instead, on June 17, 2023, with about 15 minutes advance notice, Restor sent subcontractor (?) to work on cupola. Only the copper roof was done, on a cupola that was written to be in trash. I immediately objected when I found what they had done. *********************** of Restor advised carrier would not pay for anything else?*** was contacted, but did not have estimate with him. When I sent him a copy of the estimate, he sent back a reply on June 20, 2023, Restor had this clarified. That night, I received a copy of an email from *********************** to ***** and ***** at Restort. he suggested that they repair the cupola. When I saw ths e-mail on June 21, 2023, I immediately sent e-mail to *********************** objecting. In his reply, he asured me that the cupola was being replaced. When I mentioned that the old cupola was in my sideyard, he said that they could take the old one away after they finished the cupola. On June 29,2023, with no advance notice, a subcontractor, ********* Painting, arrived to do the cupola. However, the old cupola is now on my roof, and nothing has been done to replace the weathervane!I would like for Restor to finish the repairs as originally written.

**************** has been personally contacted by our owner *************************** concerning the copper cupola on his home. It was custom fabricated and the top of the cupola was replaced. ********* painting was sent to paint the wood base of the cupola they were not the fabricator of the copper. **************** was unhappy with the replacement of the top of the cupola and was told by *************************** that another cupola that was prefinished and fabricated was ordered from a website. **************** said he understood this. His cupola has been ordered, its the second one and has been ordered from ***************. The wait time is 4-6 weeks for this to come in.

On approximately August 9, 2021 I signed a contract with Restor Group LLC to have *** residential roof and gutters replaced. The total replacement cost was for the amount of $17, ******. Upon the project completion, I made contact with the companies sales representative identified as ***********************. I made **************** aware of two issues that I had noticed with the work that had been completed. One of the issues was with my furnace flute, which was written in the contract to have been replaced along with the roofing job. The chimney flute was severely disfigured and dented by the roofers as it appears that they attempted to remove it initially. I advised **************** of my concern that the dents in the furnace chimney flute might restrict the flow of carbon monoxide gases which could cause severe illness or death to me and my family. I requested several times for Restor to have the flute replaced or inspected by a HVAC Professional, however *********************** conducted the inspection himself, only to blow me off again However I was advised by *********************** that he purchased the wrong size chimney flute so they just decided spray paint the old one. In addition the chimney flute was also paid for in by my insurance company and was written in the insurance adjustment contract as an item to be replaced. The second item that was not completed was my rain gutter which was also installed by a contractor hired by the Restor Group LLC, I have contacted *********************** several times about the large noticeable gap that should have been sealed upon installation, however my request to have the proper repair or replacement of either item has went unmet. Upon turning over the insurance check to *********************** of Restor Group LLC along with my insurance deductible payment, I have been given the runaround with this company. I have also asked *********************** for the name or contact information for the gutter installation company several times which he has refused to do. Please assist me in this matter

Good Morning. We do not do chimney flus and have a company we refer to on this matter. I am confused as to why this **** was paid in full if the work is not complete. There is a two year warranty on the gutters. ************** may have contacted *********************** but has never contacted our office. The number to our office is ************. The gutter subcontractor is ************************* and can be reached by phone at ************. *********************** is a sales representative and should not be contacted for any warranty issues. Please call our office, contact the sub directly or email me at ************************************* Thank you.
