I ordered a golf bag on 8/30/23 total after taxes and shipping was $275.41. I paided extra for *** shipping. My order # is AB-1572.I reached out to them via email and they responded that they were short staffed. I would like to get my money reimbursed. If they cant give me a ETA for shipping, I dont care about doing business with them. Especially since I paid extra to get my bag delivered sooner! After looking at some reviews, I wish I wouldve never done business with them.Customer response

Ordered the item last April 2022. They sent me a golf bag but bf said it was the wrong one. Sent it back for them to replace with another one. Never sent new bag. Also, they took $227.52 and never returned my ********* bought another bag in a pro shop.
