I paid for a package of five ion cleanses and I used one of them. Dr *** refused to give me my money back when I went up to collect it on Thursday ***** 8th between 10 and 11 in the morning. I ended my business relationship with Dr *** for various reasons that will be filed in a future review of the practice. I texted him and I went to his office to collect the money unsuccessfully and after returning home on the phone to talk to him about it, he replied, "**** you, go **** yourself." Dr *** won't answer my calls and the police told me not to text him. I want a check sent to my home since I do not want to return to his office due to his obnoxious language and behavior towards me.Business response

This is **************** Eyrich owner and doctor at Eyrich Natural Health. My holistic practice of over 42 years offers many techniques and modalities for optimal health. One modality I utilize is the *** ionic foot detox system. This great device helps eliminate toxins from the body. I charge only $49 per foot detox which is a great deal. I offer packages of 5 detoxes if a patient wants to
save money and benefit from this modality. However, when a package is purchased, it is non-refundable. This is posted in my office. ************** could have paid for each foot detox, but chose to pay for a discount of 5 detoxes. It was his choice to buy a package and get the discount. He is welcome to use the remaining 4 detoxes. As far as the language goes it is fabricated. I treat all my patients with respect and do an excellent job treating my patients.

Dr *** has been vulgar and untruthful when dealing with me. I don't know about other patients, but he lies and says that I intrude in his personal business and ask him questions about his personal life. The truth is, he started the conversation by saying that he might be breaking up with his girlfriend, wife, signifigant other *********** I tried to help Dr *** by offering him advice in his failed relationships with everyone he employs and his girlfriend/nurse *********** In addition, he is unprofessional by talking about his personal life while performing his duties in his office and this is something we have discussed before. Since I have been there at Eyrich Natural Health, Dr *** has cannot keep an employee very long and he always involves me in the hiring and firing of his employees by complaining to me about what they did or didn't do on the job such as calling in, not showing up for work, and not doing the job he wants them to do. He involves me so I give him my two cents. He has called me "***********************" many times and this bothers me since he is using the Lord's name in vain. I have told him numerous times my name is ****, not ****************************** This seems to amuse Dr ********** As for stem wave therapy healing my torn rotator cuff, that is a complete crock since stem wave, after researching it, doesn't heal a tear in the rotator cuff but it does help with the pain. I would rather not see Dr *** anymore as a result of all the issues we have had in the past. He has asked me numerous times to help him find people on the internet because they did not pay him. In addition, he lied and said I was ungrateful for what he has done for me. I have taken Dr *** a gift nearly every time I have visited his office including a case of *** and a case of *****, numerous drinks like baie zevia iced tea, bananas, apples, and whatever else he likes. As far as I know, no other patient has done this for Dr ********** He can keep the $160 as it is not worth it to patronize a business that my insurance won't support as a *** provider and deal with Dr ********** His adjustments recently have hurt my back according to my massage therapist, ********************* and I have to pay $81 as opposed to $35 a visit for the *** provider. I get my ion cleanse for $40 at Authentic Wellness. It is the same thing as what he provides. Dr ***** business is a ripoff, and insurance won't honor his practice as a *** provider. That fact tellls me volumes.Customer response
