I hired Goldfish Gardens, ***** to re-due our small decretive fishpond after the hailstorm in March 2021. (I did receive several quotes from other vendors but went with Goldfish Gardens having done business with them over the years and enjoying the friendly service from Chucks mom).Goldfish did the work in late June and completed June 30, 2021. After completion, there was an issue with the hose coming loose from the filter/pump which ***** took care of, quickly. Shortly after the hose came loose, the waterfall was not working again.I have reached out to ***** at Goldfish Gardens multiple times but he always has an excuse to come and fix what is not working. I just want him to either finish the job or refund me a portion of the money I paid so I can hire someone else to come and fix my pond filter/waterfall.Thank you,*********************** (Attached overview, timeline, screenshots and canceled check).
