      I would highly recommend not moving here!! Unless you want to deal with your apartment completely flooding, and trying to contact the office for a month, with giving times people will come to fix things, then crickets, no one shows up, no call email. Then when it rains the whole parking lot floods up above your ankles, it is ridiculous. Then again when you need the office they ***'t get back to you, and when you ***'t them they show up in such a disrespectful demeanor you have to literally tell them to get out of your apartment. The management is absolutely so disrespectful they talk about residents in front of others, I ***'t think it's right they tell you your neighbors are on section 8. I have never, ever, in everywhere I have rented ever dealt with people like this, I pay my rent, always early, I just want peace, and here you *** get it! I recommend not moving here!!

      No one cares about your needs in the front office. Ive seen 5 or 6 different maintenance workers from temp services. They are on there second maintenance guy and I havent been there a full year. They hire *************** to come in and do patch up jobs because they are cheaper. Since the workers dont speak English you cant even tell them whats been done wrong. Over the last 8 months Ive submitted 8-10 maintenance request and have to keep calling the office to get it fixed or done correctly.If you make a complaint about something or someone the office will go through with addressing your complaint but they will identify who submitted the complaint and tell the person what was said which is messy. That could cause a major conflict.A outside pipeline broke early January and lead to the apartments they patch ***** those units including mine 3 months later mine is fixed correctly after the upstairs unit had a flood and the same patched up spot from the previous flood opened back up. Now my shower started flooding the downstairs apartment in which was flooded really bad in January from the previous flood that the people before these new tenants had to move out and was told to contact their rental insurance provider smh. Anyhow I cant use my master bed room shower for 2-3 days and if I dont stay on them about fixing it they will start something and wont come back but they are going to want their rent money on time.

      We acknowledge that our site had a short period of time when we were in between full-time staff members, during which time we utilized temporary agencies to ensure service requests were still completed. We currently have a full-time Maintenance Supervisor onsite that resolved the communication issues. We strive to complete our service requests in the fastest time while ensuring a quality job. We believe the resident had an open request at the time of this review. It was acknowledged and scheduled to be worked on but not an emergency as there still was a working bathroom in the unit. We hope this has not changed our residents mind about their prior-voiced satisfaction with their apartment and community.

      These reviews are for the same tenants I am currently living under. They are loud, play music until 3 am, sounds like they are playing musical chairs when they get home, hammering, stomping and running around. Theyve been doing this since I moved in October of 2023. Its a couple, maybe in their 40s. Apartment 10, upstairs. I tried to speak with them kindly a few weeks ago because they had been blasting music since 9:30 am and it was 4:30 p.m. I have a 1 year old and a 6 month old. I spoke with a bald headed man and asked if he could turn it down because my kids needed rest. They actually turned it up. I called the police on them and they came by and did a decibel check. Cops told them to turn it down, they left, then they turned the music up and partied for another hour before turning it off. Few days later, 5:00 a.m, upstairs neighbor runs around (mourning routine m-Sun since October of 2023), and starts moving furniture, playing musical chairs. Mind you, I have two children. So I went upstairs at 5:00 a.m to tell her how she could be doing this. She said, ** doing normal life things. Few hours later, police show up to my door and I had to explain what I just explained. They didnt have a problem with me, no citation, nothing. Fast forward: Im not allowed to interact with any management or maintenance. Regional manager came down to have a meeting about me? How did I break any rules? I recorded the meeting, so Im going to see how to pursue this further.

      *** lived in these apartments for a year and a half and before the management switch it wasnt terrible, but, the last six months of living here I have had the noisiest residents above me. Throwing parties, to just being blatantly loud. Tried to speak with them kindly, to no avail, and was met with mockery and continued disturbances. Not just loud foot steps, but slamming of doors, hammering into walls, sliding things during the night etc. Have spoke with management multiple times and have even called the cops and nothing has been done. People parking in handicap spots with no placards and now, seemingly, being harassed just because I ask for a little bit of quiet from upstairs residents and lack of conduct enforcement by management. I have also had a leaking pipe in my ceiling for a few weeks that has not been fixed or even looked at. After living here I would never recommend this place for anyone to live unless you love misery and dont work.

      At first the apartment was really good then all of a sudden they get new management and I get decked several different times trying to talk to mahogany the manager trying to explain my issue in my complaints when you try to speak to her she get mouthy told will tell you that you're unprofessional even when she's being unprofessional by being mouthy in not listening to you you're supposed to be the resident in the client and you're supposed to be always right when you're wrong but I wouldn't not recommend anybody to this apartment at this time with her being in control of the property they do not take kindly to certain people and will say they have evidence when they do not

      I called 2/23/22 about coming home to my apartment full of smoke but my alarms were not going off. Concerned I called the emergency maintenance number. I was the one that found the smell coming from the furnace and the tape was falling down. I opened the doors to air out my unit until the maintenance staff showed up. He got it fixed but the air was still so full of smoke it was hard to breathe. I have children (7 and 9 yo) and pets in my apartment. I called that Friday asking what can be done about the smell. I was told that they have inspections coming up so things are being pushed back. And I would get a call the following day, Saturday. Nothing- no call. I made it clear I have children and pets in my home. I am burning through my money to try and deal with the smell waiting for guidance. Then I call today and was told there was no note of this and that she would pass it along. That the manager was out until tomorrow and that the maintenance supervisor was busy with the Market side of the complex because inspections are coming up. I have had no help or guidance on what to do whilst my family and I have to continue to breathe this all in. I just want help and no one is helping because of these inspections!! I have been reporting but nothing is being done.
