My name is ******************************* I am 71 years old and live @ ************************** an HUD independent elderly community. I receive monthly social security for my expenses, rent and bills. I signed a contract with Clover Senior Care for home health care services that my ******** Advantage Plan Anthem covered. I have felt pressured by this company on a number of occasions, I received bills on 07/31 for $5.49, $57.04 on 08/31 and 09/30 for $195. Bills totaling $257.53. in the month of October I spoke with ***** about setting up a payment plan for $10 a month. I was told this was not good enough. She knew I was on an fixed income. On October 6th I received a letter stating the amount I owe plus a $10 daily late fee. This situation is really stressing me out I have gotten *** with Anthem involved and Clover Senior Care has been non compliant with them from what I was told by Anthem. I need help I can't afford to pay this amount I have to ensure I have a place to live, automobile car insurance, groceries etc. Please help me these people are being rude with me and harassing me about this balance they are sending me letters I am nervous and very stressed about this situation. I thought I was going to get home health care services but instead I had an aide that ate my food all the time, late attendance and at times she did not want to work. The ************ she went on with me were doctor's ************ with Anthem's transportation services she never transported me in her car yet I am receiving mileage bills I just don't understand this.
