Simple quarters recently purchased the home me and my fiance were supposedly buying from her father. After they purchased our home they filed a eviction on us. We was unable to remove all of our belongings in time so simple quarters hired jones movers to remove our belongings and take to storage. In the process they left alot of our belongings behind broke several expensive items and threw in the trash. When I called to speak to them about the issue they hung up on me and blocked my number. When I call from another number they hang up on me when they hear my name. When they were confronted about my problem they immediately called the courts and canceled the damage that was set. They have illegally handled our things and care nothing about resolving our issue.Customer response

Our CEO, Brian, talked to the gentleman that left this review and explained the situation. This discussion happen the day after the review was left. Mike, the man that left the review, understood what happened and that we were not actually responsible for the cleanout crew & have no authority over how they handle their process. Since if was an eviction by the city, we are required to use this cleanout crew. Brian apologized for the communication that took place from our company representative during this process. At the end of the phone conversation, Mike told Brian that he was going to remove the negative reviews.Customer response

I would like to apologize for my review after further investigation I have found that simple quarters was not the party at fault here so I would like to have my negative review removed. I apologize for writing this review before all facts were checked, simple quarters has been more than helpful at helping me and my family with our situation.
