Simple Quarters made the selling of my home so convenient and easy. **** was so helpful and did a great job of explaining thing to me. He was honest and informative. It definitely took a lot of weight off my soliders. Working with Simple Quarters was a great decision and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to sell their home. Simple Quarters was awesome to work with. They are team players, I entered into a contract agreement with an agent and he left the company in the middle of the transaction; however, ********************* stepped in and took over. There was never an interruption in the process he and his team worked diligently to get the transaction to close. KUDOS to Simple Quarters. I would like to Thank the team for helping me with the sale of my home. I was very hesitant through the whole journey, but the team very well versed on what to do when we would hit a hiccup. I had moved to another state during this venture, but the staff stayed in communication with me and guided me in the direction that had to be taken to get this done. So thanks to **** and his staff, I was pleased with the outcome. They were friendly and if I needed to ask questions or needed assistance, one of them I knew I could reach out to. They took care of closing costs and all the complicated paperwork that was required. There were glitches along the way, biggest one communication between phone messages and texts but all in all, fairly easy process.Review from Dustin D

Simple quarters really care about helping there customers and really helped my family and I sell our house and gave us a fresh start at something new. I highly recommend them if your looking to sell your home. Thank you simple quarters for being there when no one else was.
