These people are absolutely crooks. They are all about making the sale happen and being as nice as possible all while selling you a piece of c*** that is packaged nicely. Then they will not be honest and help you at all when it comes to taking care of the issues. We have had our car three weeks and are looking at $3,000+ in repairs and then won't even help. They won't even meet me halfway on this last repair which is the $2-3,000 repair needed for the timing chain. I explained to them that I'm a mom and have 3 children that need to be able to go to school and I have to work and go to the store. We've already spend $1,000 in repairs since we bought it 3/29/25 and I just need help. He told me there's nothing they can do and to " try to have a better day." Complete dishonest jokes. Do NOT get a vehicle here. I now have a payment on a car I CAN'T drive!

I purchased a 2016 **** Explorer from the dealership on February 8, *********************************************** contact with the dealership title department. leaving the mans name was *****. Ive also been in contact with the manager of this facility in regards to the paper license plates that were submitted for this vehicle. These plates expire on March 22 of 2025. I have called numerous times over the last three weeks trying to getan update for the new registration at the license branch so I can drive this vehicle. Ive been informed by the dealer or the manager that this was a California title and they are having issues and getting the processing done for the registration now since the vehicle plates expire March 22 of 2025 I am no longer able to drive this vehicle to and from work the manager and mentioned they were going to possibly get me a dealer plate to drive on now the title manager I believe his name is ***** has told me he doesnt know going on with this to Call back on Monday after the plates have expired and Im no longer able to drive this vehicle legally on Indiana state roads or highways now I am no longer be ableto get to work to pay for this vehicle. My next steps are to send a certified letter demanding this be taken care of within 10 days of receiving receipt. If not a follow up civil lawsuit will be filed against the dealership. I am completely furious about the uncooperation of this dealership and the runaround Ivebeen getting for the last three weeks.

If I could give them a negative review I would lets start with they almost killed me twice one cause my frame rusted out the truck almost split into 2 while driving it and it caused the gas tank to fall if it would have fell the rest of the way the truck would have exploded did I mention they are the ones who broke the gas bolt In the first place went 5 times for them to say it was fixed to not be fixed which was a sensor in engine so why was they messing with the gas tank. These people make Satan a nice guy

Four stars for my sales **** ***! He was great! And I do appreciate the manager giving me the asking price for my trade in without a fight! However, the price negotiations for the used car I wanted to purchase were ridiculous!! The manager handled them because he didnt want to budge on the sticker price AT ALLon a USED car!! We did finally come to an agreement, with some taken off the sticker price and a higher payout on my trade in.But, when I took the car to a local mechanic to get it checked out, there ended up being over $5,000 worth of repairs (including a new fuel injector, which was leaking into the oil). They made a big deal about the technology they had to determine everything wrong with my trade in, which means they knew everything that was wrong with this car, too, and not only failed to make any of the repairs, they priced it higher than it should have been considering its condition and then refused to budge on that price until I had thanked them for their time and was prepared to leave TWICE!Once I got the quote for the repairs I came back here and instead of trusting the BBB overall rating (like I did before I bought the car), I read some of these complaints, which warned me against trying to even bother with using my warranty to have Indy Wholesale Direct fix my car. It seems the service department is even worse than the sales department.Thankfully, I happened to be able to pay out of pocket. Now that the car is fully repaired, I am glad I bought it. But I will NEVER consider returning to Indy Wholesale Direct and will actively warn other to stay away!

STAY AWAY! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! They sell you c*** cars that break down months later after purchase. They will make you buy a FULL warranty, but wont honor the warranty or conduct a simple inspection when your car doesnt start, and will charge you for the inspection. They only care about making a sale, and not helping to service you or your vehicle needs. The most heartless, unprofessional, and sleazy salesmans and dealership Ive ever dealt with! Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from here!!!!!!

This dealership has been nothing but a major headache for me. Ive made at minimum 5 trips to the service department since buying the vehicle at the end of July. I live 45 minutes away so the only reason for bringing it here was because I purchased the $2,000 service agreement. Last week I brought it in because it was leaking coolant, after waiting over an hour they quoted me for 2 radiator hoses. I end up leaving and taking it straight to the car shop I normally I go to for repairs and thats when I found out that the heater core hoses were also extremely swollen and needed replaced as well. I dont understand why they didnt mention those because I most likely would have had to come right back, my only guess is that they are careless because its not their time or money being spent. Either way its kind of frustrating that almost none of the repairs Ive needed were covered under the service agreement. Ive spent over $1500 just in repairs and Ive only had the car for 4 months. At first I thought I just had bad luck but at this point Im not convinced that they werent aware of all of these issues before selling me the car. That is just my opinion. Based on my own experiences and after reading a lot of the 1-star reviews, the place seems a little shady.

They've had my car for over a month now... I had it for not even 24 hours and n broke down on me... n since they couldn't fix it they took it to 2 different *************** they are saying that only one person that is certified is out... n no clue as to when I'd even get my car back... I am beyond frustrated to say the least... they gave me a loaner car n than told me I wasn't allowed to take our already planned and paid for vacation... (because it was out of state...) I wouldn't have gone here if I had known they don't check it before they sell it... which is horrible; because the sales team and everyone else was so friendly n deserve better...

Purchased a car on 2/14/2024 drove the car for 3 weeks, and the check engine light came on. took the car back to the dealer ship and found out it needed a few things done. they had the car for 3 months (the mechanic had baby momma issues is what I was told). Finally getting the car back end of May begging of June. Drove the car for a week and the car cut off on me, the engine sounds like it's about to fall out. They received $3000 from the warranty company. I don't know why because the car is in worst shape then when it went in. I have reached back out to them to handle this because as of now I can't drive the car. I keep getting the run around, keep being sent to voicemail. And I am paying for a car that I can't drive. ****** is an understatement. I need my car fixed or they can give the loan company back their money and take this piece of c*** car. They're going to get tired of me. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have already spread the word

Where to start, bought a low mileage 2010 ***** element for just under ****** which is about ***** over blue book value but low mileage meant a lot to me. Car was delivered late due to one issue after the next. Now hold on here is where it gets good. *Oil not changed, *three different kinds of tires (dry rotted). *serpentine belt frayed and split, *lower ball joints bad, *intermediate shaft is leaking, as well as *both front axles have no grease in them. Vehicle cannot be driven with cruise because it shakes so bad. To accelerate you have to drive very slow or it shakes and shimmies. Car is now parked as I now have $20,000 and still dont have everything fixed and dont feel safe driving it. Sent paperwork and pictures dealer says they will help out but usually just get one communication from them per day to my two or three times asking per day for help. The man said that if they would have fixed all of that then I couldnt have afforded the vehicle lol. So they say they do something like an 11 point check - guess they just check and dont fix anything. They say they cant figure out what they want to do and keep dragging it out. I am sick to my stomach over this mess. I will spread the word loud and far about this dealer so that maybe I can save someone else from this nightmare. Oh ya and the pictures they take lol lighting this car looks nothing like the photos. Nicks, scratches, clear coat gone in areas, nasty dirty seats, plastic all tore up. This company is an all new level of low. Please stay away dont deal with these people. Thursday May 15th was the first email and today is May 23rd and so far all I have are dead words, no action. I needed a good vehicle to take my husband for his cancer treatments and now, well it was all for nothing and Im making payments on a yard ornament.
