    Issues Ive had with this company!1) Windows were left dirty with sweat, dirt and sticker residue for my wife and I to clean.2) during the process of removing my old windows, my trim and ***** were gouged in spots (it is only drywall on the sides) I had to patch these areas. My trim had the caulked areas broke loose and was *************, for me to repair and repaint.3)installer, broke my toilet paper roll holder from the wall and a small shelve on the opposite wall. Instead of telling me, he left it for me to find. If I was told, I don't think it'd been a big deal but the way it was push back to try to hide it, till the holder was used and just hit the floor, left for me, again 4) My contract was for brushed satin hardware and received white. They was ordered wrong! I was told they would order and they'd come back to swap out the hardware.5) they left spray foam insulation on the outside trim of my windows and its very unsightly. I was told theyd come back and remove the spray foam.I was told they would not send the same guy for repairs as I didnt want him back I. My house after tearing up so much and leaving it, for me to find.But then was informed theyd need to tear my windows completely apart and drill holes in my new sashes to change the hardware. I am not going to accept this as a method to fix a s**** up on their end, not mine! I ordered new windows to improve the looks of them, not to have unsightly plugs or screws showing on my sashes.Then the cleaning the foam from my trim was to paint over the rough foam and to leave it. Meaning you could see it and would require painting in the future. Whole idea of replacement windows is the minimal maintenanceNot to mention the one latch (that allows the windows to fold in) the guy replaced was very loose and actually moved in the slot where the white ones, do not! If these had been ordered per the contract, they would not be this way! So why would anyone want someone to accept this? Ridiculous!

    I ordered a single window (from Mr. Window *********************************) with half down given for deposit on 9/2/21. I was told the wait time to order the window and to install it would be 8 weeks. I was contacted by text in late November to schedule my apt for 12/21. On 12/21, no one from Mr. Window showed up for the apt or called to let me know they wouldnt be coming. I called the main line and no one picked up. I received a text the next day. I was told they needed to reschedule. We agree to 1/17. Again, no one showed up or even called for the apt on 1/17. I received another text that evening, after the missed apt, that they misplaced my window and had to reschedule between 1-3 PM on 1/19. Again, a third time no one showed up or called on 1/19 during my apt window. They did end up coming on 1/19 and were two hours late. The install went poorly. The window was not shimmed properly and it is not plum/level causing torq on the window and making it difficult to close. It is at least one half inch lower on the left side. Im still waiting to be informed when this gets fixed. I have never personally seen something so shady from a company or been so disrespected by a company in my life. We missed work for these apts. I still have no properly installed window. I felt this needed to be reported to the BBB.

    ************** has completely misrepresented the circumstances of his order. Mr ********************** absolutely does not guarantee timelines, especially in this post covid environment. Manufacturing and delivery times remain a complete unknown and patience is the advice given before any contract is signed. Unfortunately, it is ************** who does not answer his phone and his voice mailbox is full. As a result, an office staff member used their personal cell phone to text ************** in order to communicate and schedule his project. Mr. ****** window was scheduled to be installed at the end of the day, presumably so he would not have to miss work. Occasionally other projects take longer than the estimated time. Weather, driving conditions, unforeseen problems once windows are removed that need addressing are all factors in completing a project while maintaining quality. Scheduling cancellations and changes are never desired but impossible to predict or eliminate. Each time the installer was unable to fulfill the scheduled time he attempted telephoning ************** and was unable to leave a message after the unanswered call. Subsequently, ************** would call the office after hours, leave a message, and receive a return text from the office staff the next morning. Despite the inconvenience of rescheduling several times ************** never changed his inability to answer a call or receive a message and remains angry Mr ********************** does not personally answer calls 24/7. Mr ********************** takes pride in maintaining a high satisfaction rating and take exception to being labeled shady or unprofessional. We are confident regarding the quality of Mr ****** completed project and apologize for the inconvenience caused by multiple reschedules. Our sincere hope is that viewing the beauty and energy ***************** of your new window will soften your perspective, and possibly your review.

WINDOW:This is a follow up comment to Mr. Guzzi's comments. Mr. Guzzi's company missed three consecutive scheduled appointment windows to install my window. End of story. His staff never called to let me know they would not be showing up nor did the ever call me immediately after they didn't show up. The only call I ever received after a missed apt from anyone that works for this company was a call from his installer several hours after the first missed apt window. The gentleman offered to come install the exterior window AT NIGHT.... yes, in the dark. I had a prior commitment already and was unavailable however I never would have agreed to let someone install an exterior window in the dark. Who does that? Someone who doesn't care about the quality of their work. That is who. The dates of the missed apt in question are 12/21/21, 1/17/22, and 1/19/22. I would be more than happy to provide any phone records, if requested. My phone records will verifiably prove that this man is a complete liar and should never be trusted. In addition, my voicemail box has NEVER been full. This man completely made that up and I guarantee you he would never provide evidence of his claims because his claims are unequivocally false. I will also add that when the installer finally did show up on our 4th scheduled apt, his crew installed the window poorly. It was not racked correctly were the words of his own installer. When installed, it sat more than a half inch lower on the right side than the left. Photos are available. The window would barely even lock. Unfortunately, I did not notice this until his crew had left. The crew did come back a week later to take out the window and reinstall it. Count them... It took five scheduled apt to install one standard exterior window. FIVE. These are the facts. The owner of this company is not a trusted member of the business community. I truly hope that no one else uses Mr. Window in the future. Buyer Beware.
