My tv was broken due to being carelessly loaded onto their moving truck. It was brought to their attention when I discovered it but was told that due to the amount of time that had passed there was nothing that could be done. Their website does not state a particular time frame for which damage has to be reported. Communication regarding this issue has been discontinued on behalf of this business.Business response

We did move her however more than a month after the move she called to say her TV was cracked. Two important factors. We offer all of our customers that have TVs boxes to purchase to guarantee the safe move of their TV. if customer declines to purchase the box we are not responsible for any damages. 2. We cannot cover claims for electronics more than a month after the move. We expect any claims to be made in a timely manner. We hope that you understand as a business we are unable to cover claims that come long after the move and have any reasonable surety that we were responsible for damage. Again we apologize for the inconvenience but we are confident in spite of the above mentioned items that we did not in fact damage the TV.Customer response

June 24, 2023 Movers found broken items from their last move, same company and stolen items . Tool box, tools, missing bedroom screws , can't put bed together. Bedroom itself was $1600. Help please get this resolved.Business response

We discovered there were screws missing. And went to lowes to purchase what we needed to assemble her bed. We did this on our time and our expense. Secondly ******** spoke to my crew leader after the move and let him know that she had in fact found the screws to assemble the bed. If this isnt the case she can contact us and we will attempt to resolve the issue with her.Customer response
