Illiana has always been timely when I needed them. Ive been a customer for over 5 years now and they never let me down. Technicians are always thorough and willing to talk through any issue with you, and the office has always been friendly and more than helpful with scheduling or any other questions and concerns you may have. We lost heat one evening during a severe cold snap and Illiana was very responsive to our need. We have a gold plan and hoped this would really mean wed get the fast help we needed. We certainly did! Within minutes of calling the after hours service line, a tech named ********** called and said he was finishing up a job and would be at our home in 20 minutes. Once here, **** quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the needed part. We are amazed at the excellent service and fair price. Thank you so much, Illiana!Illiana Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. Hello *** was the gentleman that gave me my estimate and was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling and answered my all my question perfectly. He gave me a very fair estimate. And did not try to sell me anything extra that I know I didnt need unlike other local HVAC companies (One actually told I a had to buy a new thermostat if I replace my furnace so they can link up together when all a thermostat basic do is send a signal to the furance to cut on and off and tried to charge me $450 for a $150 thermostat). On the other hand even tho I went with the upgraded furnace by my choice Illiana (***) suggested to me a cheaper furnace meet the needs of my house. I did plenty of research before hand and I knew Illiana was best fit for the job.Before work..1. Giving me a fair price.2. Honest and knowledgeable and professional After work 1. On time 2. Did a great job 3. Cleaned up great 4. Showed me the system and explained what all they did.****** definitely earned a future HVAC customer all the way from maintenance to repair and replacements.
