I do not recommend this company at all. We signed up to do a fundraiser with them for our school. Jordan was very unresponsive, it took 2 weeks to get a response back on when we could set up delivery. They were hours late on delivery, very rude while delivering the mums, constantly complaining that they had to work and deliver them, they are the ones that offered to deliver at no cost but then tried to throw in our face that they were doing us a favor and we should be happy with what we get. They shorted us 24 mums, many of the mums arrived beat up and ruined, they were in several color combinations that were not even advertised, so our customers did not get the colors that they ordered. When placing our fundraiser order with them we were told "oh sorry we have no more red" so we had to call close to 200 people and change their order, then they ended up delivering several red but not enough to fill the initial order. When sorting the mums many of them were not labeled correctly, so we were having to double sort, and we still do not know if our customers ended up anywhere near the color they ordered. We just hope they like mums enough, not to care. Our order was incomplete and they were not willing to fill this, so we had to re-cut the check to them. While I was trying to figure out a plan of action on our end with Jordan the salesperson they began calling and harassing our church demanding payment, when we had been in communication and were figuring it all out! When I questioned and was obviously upset with Jordan about this, she told me to never contact her again because I was harassing her. This company is incompetent at best. They obviously do not hold themselves to very high standards and are rude and very unprofessional. This is was a larger headache than we ever could have imagined, and they have a lot to learn about dealing with people and business in general. Do yourself a favor and RUN far away! There are plenty of nicer farmers out there that will do 100% better at everything above! Lesson Learned!
