      I Ordered a mower 6/22/2024 from shopezcedit with the expectation that I would receive by order within the 7-14 business days as it states on their website and as of 7/22/2024 I still do not have the mower I ordered. Communication has been hit or miss with the salesperson Alex to find out the status of my order, usually not hearing back for days or longer. The phone numbers listed on their website and online are all disconnected. The only communication has been by text message. 7/15/2024 I received a reply with tracking numbers and was told they would go live between midnight and noon the next days. After a phone call to the shipping company they provided with the tracking numbers, I came to find that the tracking numbers were fake. 7/19 I canceled the order and today, 7/22 I receive a voicemail from shopezcredit stating that my order is still in processing and that they hope to have tracking numbers by the end of the week. After reading some reviews, this seems to be the way they conduct their business with little to no communication between seller and customer and dishonesty. Be careful spending your money with this company!

      Submitted an order with this company on June 7. As of today, I still have not received any shipping information, not to mention item itself. After waiting for one week, with being told information would be forthcoming, I asked again and received the same information - it is in process, we will let you know when it ships. 2 weeks later, no shipping info and now they will not respond to any inquiries.

      Purchased a mower from this company. They were paid the same day. Have been told for over 2 weeks a tracking number was coming everyday to confirm delivery. It’s been 12 days now and nothing. The last text I received from them stated it was coming to me that day or the next. Still nothing. The last one I sent them was to cancel the order as they are terrible when it comes to business communication. That was 3 days ago now and still no response by either text or ohonecall

      I leased a lawn mower from this company and the leasing company is more responsive than the actual purchase company!!! they have yet to communicate anything that my mower is on the way. they have yet to send me any tracking. i’ve left over 4 voicemails and none have been returned. the site looks like a scam, and so far that’s how it feels until someone can reach out regarding my purchase. nobody every answers the phone. the 2/3 phone numbers on the website need to be taken down as they aren’t in service. yet another reason to think this is a scam. i need someone to contact me or i will dispute the purchase when the time comes as nobody has verified that my purchase is on the way. when you buy something from a retailer you expect tracking, correct? this ain’t any different and nobody will reach out to me. nobody will send me tracking. i want my mower asap. my purchase was made on May 24 making it over a week now and nobody has verified any type of tracking or called me back as I’ve left them multiple messages. They know that I’m looking for my mower and nobody will reach out to me terrible business.

      We are sorry to hear about this customer's irritation with our delivery timeframe. Unfortunately on large purchases, like the mower she ordered, they can take a couple of extra days to get set up for delivery. We replied to the customer this morning that her delivery is confirmed in two days, 06/07, and that she will receive a call to confirm the delivery timeframe the evening before the delivery. Thankfully over 20+ years in business, we don't get a lot of complaints about delivery and have successfully delivered product to 100% of the customers who have ordered from us. Being an online company people like to throw out the word 'scam' freely, and while we respect their right to do so, we do not appreciate unwarranted negative reviews when we deliver within the deadlines promised. Product was ordered on 5/24, we are delivering it on day 14, 06/07.

      I want to point out my complaint was no where near about the time of delivery. my complain was about communicating any of what you just told me.  it took me reporting to the BBB to learn my delivery was going to be on 6/7. I was told when i called actually and finally got a response through the finance company it would be JUNE 27th. so i appreciate you guys now making contact after a BBB complaint but a simple, “your order was recieved and is expected to be delivered on this date” within a week of purchase would’ve been nice. If your 20+ year company ordered anything you expect tracking within a week, and also wouldn’t expect to have to reach out several times to get said tracking. thanks for understanding! 
      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      They stole my money out of my bank account I have multiple sclerosis they sent me a bike I never ordered and then they blocked my calls and stole all my money what do you think I need

      Confirmed customer received the wrong brand of bike, we offered to send customer $100 Amazon gift card if they chose to keep the bike since it had the same specs as what was originally ordered. Customer said they only wished to return the bike. We sent a return label to **** ***** several weeks ago but have not received the bike back or tracking showing it is in route back to the manufacturer.

      I got a phone from this business 02/17/2022 and by 02/20/2022 as soon as they sent the return address I sent it back months later I look in my bank statements and I’m getting money taken out for something I don’t even have I sent it back i have spent over 700 on something they have it . This is irresponsible and now they are giving me a hard time to get my refund .
