On 2/1/22 I had my 01 Jeep Wrangler towed to Luke's Alignment & Auto Repair in **********, to have the brake lines replaces after one (1) of the lines broke, leaving the jeep without brakes. The Owner **** inspected the Jeep and gave me a price to replace all of the brake line, bleed and restore the brakes to which I agreed. On 2/7/22 , I called to check on the status of the Jeep. I was told it was done and ready for pick up, because I could not get to the shop until after hours I paid , (****)$654.28 over the phone for the service. I picked up the Jeep and immediately noticed when I went to stop the brake pedal went all the way to the floor, I had little to no brakes. I called ****, he said bring it back for additional bleeding of the brake system, this is a process where the brake lines are opened while someone pushes on the brake pedal and each individual line going to each brake is opened by a "bleeder fitting" and this allows any air to escape and allows the brakes to work properly. On 2/11/22 at approximately 5:00pm I received a phone call from a family member that told me that my Jeep was sitting in the driveway at home at ***************. **********. I then contacted the owner **** and questioned the whereabouts of my ***** **** informed me he allowed an employee to drive my Jeep home. I was also informed by an addition friend that the employee in question does not hold a valid ******* Drivers License. I went to ***************. I went to ******d Dr. and retrieved my Jeep and when I drove the brake pedal was still going to the floor with limited braking. I again called **** and he told me, now I needed a brake Master Cylinder. On Saturday February 12, I took it upon myself to remove my tires and bleed my brake system, I found that the left front brake bleeder was so rusted it was never opened therefore the system was never bled properly. I was able to use rust blaster spray & open the bleeder & correct the problem. I paid for service I didn't get.
