DO NOT buy from here. They charged us $19,000+ for a side by side with windshield included according to salesman (who is now fired apparently). Was told at time of purchase it was on back order but we would be contacted when in. When my brand new side by side was delivered it had 12 hours of drive time on it. Called in and complained and was told they allowed the town to use it for local parade. They said to make it right they would credit my account with $400. We followed up three times and was told it was still on order and we would be contacted as soon as it arrives. One of these follow *** was with the owner while another was with a current manager who advised me he would contact me directly when the windshield arrived. Called them today only to be told the windshield arrived and they placed it on a floor model. They then told us we didnt pay for a windshield! The current manager advised he did not recall our previous conversation about him telling us he would contact me directly when our windshield was in Now they want $1,200 more for us to reorder a windshield and wait once again as winter approaches. Oh and guess what? The $400 credit they claimed to give never made it to my account. Long story short we assumed 19k in debt because we thought we were getting the package deal with windshield included. We would have walked from the deal had we known the price we were paying did not include a windshield. Was this one bad employee? Yes absolutely! But they had the chance to take a small loss and make this right thus having a returning customer. But they didnt and I will never make a purchase here again. Sometimes shopping small and staying local isnt all its cracked up to be.Do no trust anything anyone at this place tells you. It is clear now that all they care about is taking your money and not providing the service they promise.
