Contractor didn't show up on his first scheduled appointment, I had taken the day off to be home in order for him to work in my hot tub, he came the next day and looked at it, said he tightened some seals and charged me service fee of $85, I was going out of town and upon my return the spa still leaked, I contacted him again and he came back a week later, he said he did more work and charged me service fee again, hot tub still leaks and I'm out $170, the day after he worked on it my hot tub wouldn't turn on anymore, so my problem went from a leak to a completely non functional spa, I have called and texted several times and have been given any and every excuse on the book, the first visit was 10/1/2021, as of today 3/17/22 I haven't been able to get ahold of this contractor to come back and fix what he started. I'm seeking reimbursement for the $170 as well as repair of the power that was working before he worked on it.
