      I moved in about maybe two months ago I have a dishwasher that came with the apartment I don’t use them never have well one day there was water under it so I checked and opened it water was filled up in dishwasher and stinks mind you I’ve never used it so I put in a work order they told me they fixed it so since then every time I do my dishes I check and it kept filling up so I kept putting in an order over and over well yesterday July 11th I was actually home when they fixed it all he did was turn it on and drain it well it did it again so I put in a work order today the 12th I get a call from the lady she asked what’s with all the orders I told her she basically says it won’t be fixed to just turn it on and drain it like they had been doing so I did that and today my sink fills up with water slowly drains back into dishwasher but the dishwasher still has water in it that stinks. I left a voicemail with them but I had got a paper when I moved in to mark everything wrong I did that I asked her about those she said they have been marked but won’t be fixed they fixed a few but she states the rest won’t be. Mind you one of the problems is weak spots in my floors in some spots I have a 2 year old I don’t feel comfortable with that she says she will have their maintenance supervisor come by because she doesn’t know what I mean by weak spots. I pay 1005 (which was not what I was told by the guy who moved me in he doesn’t work for them anymore)for rent with some utilities included which is not cheap with me being a single mom so if I’m paying that much I’d like stuff too be fixed right… the dishwasher makes my house stink when it fills up I pay water I don’t want too use extra water just too do that.

      I have contacted the rental office several times and I have also called the property management company which is located in New York. I have several issues in my apartment and they are ignoring all complaints. I moved in March 29th 2022 and I will never tell anyone to move in these apartments. As soon as I can find me another place I am out of here. When it rains, I have water coming in under my front door along with bugs and debris. There is a leak under my kitchen sink and also under the sink in the downstairs bathroom. Water is standing in my dishwasher. My bedroom light does not stay on, the maintenance guy that came out said they need to call an electrician, and that hasn't been done. When I use my washer, which is new....there is a sewage smell that comes from the pipes. I have all the emails and pictures that I have sent to the office and I was told someone would be out last Friday, but no one showed up. I have had something come up missing from my apartment as well, by the maintenance staff. I want these things fixed or out of my lease.

      I am at my absolute wits end and this is a last resort as i am not sure that the BBB can do anything about my complaint. Myself my * **** *** *** and ********* moved into these apartments 6 months ago and have had the WORST time! We now have an ****** ******** we cannot even bathe because the water heater will not heat, we are being ignored and issues are not being fixed! Until 3/4 we did not even have a door knob on our bathroom resulting in getting trapped in the bathroom, plumping is inadequate, we cannot use our bathtub, gaping holes in ceilings that have yet to be fixed causing water to leak, false advertising stating we were getting a 2 bed 1 1/2 bath with washer and dryer and no such thing! They have yet to offer any compensation or resolution we can’t wash dishes, begging family and friends to take showers it’s embarrassing when we are paying to live here! If there’s anything that can be done please!
