Slow process and no follow up from the company. Our HVAC went out after purchasing the home and since filing the case it has taken about 3 weeks just to get the payment approved. It felt like the company slow rolls your case and doesnt follow up with you. I had to consistently call them for updates to ensure the case was moving along. It's about 100 degrees where I live so no A/C makes life miserable for me and my family. I wanted to be sure they will pay for the repairs before proceeding so I'm not out of pocket. I'm a new homeowner and this is not a great first experience.

We are in receipt of the complaint filed by Mr. ******* and regret to learn of his dissatisfaction. Armadillo is truly sorry that our service did not meet your expectations. Great customer service is core to our mission, and I apologize we did not meet this expectation with your claim. We take customer complaints seriously and are happy to report the escalation is resolved. In response to this complaint, a member of Armadillo’s Claims Department conducted a detailed investigation of the issue and as a result contacted the customer on 6/26/24. The team member detailed what is covered under the plan and provided the options for reimbursement for the covered portion of the repairs. The customer accepted and a Venmo payment will be issued before close of business. We trust this response satisfactorily resolves the customer’s concerns. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and allowing us to respond. We welcome the customer to reach out to us with any further concerns.Review from Justin V

We had a water leak on New Year's Eve. I went online and requested service. Armadillo reached back in minutes and told me they'll get someone to my home ASAP or I can use my own plumber. I ended up using my own and they reimbursed right away. 5 stars for incredible service on New Year's Eve!!!Review from Jake D

I have had several home warranty policies. This was certainly the easiest to purchase. I had one question after purchase, and the company responded in under 15 minutes to my query. The purchase process was incredibly straightforward with no complicated language - I knew exactly what I was purchasing and received within 15 minutes of going to the website.Review from Alex E.

I have bought multiple home warranties in the past and had less than impressive experiences. When I discovered Armadillo, I knew it would not be like the others. Within minutes my entire plan was mapped out. Armadillo has an easy to use website, helpful explanations, and clear coverage details that every homeowner needs to know. Not only can you customize your plan, you can add affordable add-ons that are applicable to your own home. With these rates and plans that can suit my needs, I would give this 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend!
