I had ordered and paid for parts that were listed as in stock items. After 48hrs I was contacted that parts were on back order and was given an expected ship date. This date only kept moving as I awaited shipment of items that I had paid for. This company has gone out of business and I’m out $248.98. I purchased parts via PayPal which after 180 days will no longer assist you in any disputes that arise. It was longer than 180 days that I awaited all while checking in on the status of parts and being told status remains unchanged “back ordered” BBB has no support to offer after 1 year. For $248.89 I would love an education on how this is not criminal. You accept monies for goods you don’t deliver or even have in inventory. Then close up shop keeping all monies knowing the victim will not be able to dispute the charges due to time restrictions relating to opening a dispute. All I needed was my $248.89 returned as I received no product.Review from Brandon O

Cheapcycleparts.com took my order and my money and never got all of my parts to me. I placed my order 2/8/22 and was told the back ordered parts would be delivered by mid April but now it is 8/6/22 and I still haven’t received my parts. I have tried to contact them and get a refund but it appears that they have went out of business and never refunded by money.Review from Jennifer B

I ordered parts from this company is January 2022 at the cost of $148. Emailed them in March 2022 and they said this, “Hello Riders, Thank you for emailing CheapCycleParts.com. We have received your email and are working on responding as quickly as possible. Right now we are experiencing heavier than normal email volume and could take a couple of days to respond. Called the number they gave me in the email and they are out of business. I cannot reach anyone by phone or email. Well this company sucks. How do I get my money back?Review from shelia m

I ordered an ATV rim October 31, 2021 for $231.00 called numerous times to get the ETA for the item I ordered, they couldn't give me a ETA, they kept saying it's on back order, finally in March when I called, they said Mid May to end of May 2022 so I didn't cancel, when I tried to pull their web site to get the order status, I couldn't find their web site. Now I see they went out of business, I called my card card company and they are doing an investigation.Review from Philip K.

Order part and never received it. Company has apparently gone out of business. I have a reference number (849202) and a confirmation email showing the payment received from me. It would be nice to at least get my money back!Review from Ricky G

I placed an order with this company. I ordered 3 items and was shipped 2 of them. I received an email informing me that the other part was on back order and would ship on 5/02/22. It did not ship so I emailed and was told 5/23/22. Yet again it did not ship so emailed again and no response. I tried to call and received a message that they have went out of business. No part no email and no refund. Now I have no way to get ahold of anyone with this company.Review from Troy K

I ordered a part on 5/10/22 and it said the delivery date is 5/19-5/26. When I went to the website to check the status it says they are permanently closed. They already took the money out of my account for the part.Review from Ronald M
