We bought the car lease and had to pay for the taxes and tags because I was told that they ran out of tags. The radiator was bought with and unknown hole it there are problems with the transmission and breaks and I’ve been there multiple time starting the after I bought the car about theses issues and nothing has been done but the radiator. When we got there we informed them about the issues and the own Begins to be aggressive and confrontational setting that they worked on everything before hand and that it was new.Business response

When the car was bought we informed them that the car is going to be sold "as-is" we can provide a copy of the buyers guide that says it is sold "as-is" unfortunately the buyers guide was not signed the day the car was sold due to clerical issues, but when they returned to make their first payment the document was reviewed and looked over and signed. Now when the car was first sold to the customer there was an issue with the radiator leaking, as a sign of goodwill we replaced the radiator with no charge, we have been nothing but fair to the buyers of the car. As far as the issues the customer has about them paying for his own plates, everyone who purchases a car in the state of Indiana has to pay the state to register their car and to get the proper plates for the vehicle. Customer is wanting to own the car for fear of negative retaliation, once the car is paid off according to the contract us and the customer entered into then we will release the lien on the title and give the title to them, in the event the customer does not or can't pay the amount due on the car in it's entirety then they will have to continue to make their previously agreed upon payments every month without fail.
