On July 27, I made a telephone reservation to the Days Inn on Main Street in Cloverdale. I cancelled just 40 minutes later. I was billed for the stay which was to be on August 18. I called to dispute and they said that they had no record of my cancelling nor the date of when I made the reservation. I dug through phone records and found a record of the calls (attached) A manager named ***** was to call me back. I spoke with a woman to ****** to dispute the charges . If I had forgotten to cancel this reservation, I would have paid it. It feels like they think people don't read their credit card statements.
