Even though I ended up not buying a bike from them, I was treated very well in my attempt to order a new Yamaha.We agreed to a purchase, for them to order a bike, and I put money down. They attempted to find another dealer either already with the bike, or with one on order, that Track&Trail could work out a deal to send my way.Ultimately they weren't having luck with that, and I found one on another dealer's showroom up in ********. Even though my deposit was "non-refundable," since T&T hadn't actually placed an order yet, they gave me my money back.They'll definitely get more business from me.Review from Kip S

Horrible experience. Talked to the owner at first experience and was confident that they could fix my bike that had been sitting for a year. Just needed carburetor cleaning and he came back with a 2k estimate that was more than I payed for the bike. They did there $400 carburetor cleaning and I ride it the next day and after 50miles it was acting up. Tried to ask them to look at it and they called the cops. Find end of interaction on tiktok at kip3405. I understand why I never see anybody there.

On August 11, 2023 ******************** trailered his bike in because it did not run. We were able to get an estimate on his bike on or around August 15, 2023. We let him know the bike needs a new gas tank (the tank had been acid etched and lined already, the lining was peeling off and there was a large amount of rust in the gas tank) and the fuel system and carbs will need cleaned and rebuilt. Their was damaged parts from someone else trying to repair the bike. The parts damaged were the throttle s**** set (stripped out), the synchrinizing adjsutment s**** (the s**** was rounded off from what appears to be vice grips). The spark plugs were completely smashed shut. One spark plug cap was missing internal parts. We replaced the damaged parts and synchronized the carbs. We were able to get the bike running. He picked up the bike on August 30, 2023. When he picked up the bike we explained to him the bike will not run for long beacuse of the contamination (rust) in the gas tank. We advised him that the gas tank will need replaced and the carbs will need rebuilt. ******************* returned to the dealership on Friday September 1. 2023 aroung 5:40pm. He was upset that his bike was not running right. We again explained the repair and why it is not running right. He continued to harass my staff. The harassment turned into threats and at the point law enforcement was called. Law enforcement ask him to leave and he complied. He then decided it was best for him to make a tiktok of the aftermath of the situation, leaving out why law enforcement was called. I am sure I can get a police report of the incident and post it to this reply if necessary. ******************* did not repair his bike, all we did was get it running as he requested.
