      Sold us a waterlogged 80k RV. We had to retain a lawyer because they didn't disclose this and tried to deny knowledge. Even though we have absolute proof they knew, they are still denying. They (*****) FORGED my signature on GAP insurance (that we didn't require) and kept the money. My signature was also forged on an extended warranty contract. Other than that, they were lovey, even apologized for the blood soaked mattress hiding underneath the new mattress pad.

      Good morning! I am really sorry you are unhappy with your used Rv. I can guarantee we knew nothing about it being 'waterlogged' Its a Riverstone Rv and all aluminum framed. It was priced ****** less than any other dealer which is why you drove all the way here to get it. We also did our own inspection and found no issues. We have done everything in our power to make to try and make you happy. When you showed up for the inspection we made the changes you ask for. We also paid for you to stay at our campground so we could continue tweak any other things you wanted. We also fixed additional things before you left for ********. We went as far as hiring a mobile tech in ******** to try to fix other issues you had. Then you fired him. We went above and beyond more than any customer ever. I feel your expectation of what a used RV just isn't in line with reality. There is always a risk buying used because we have no way of knowing how it was used in the years prior to you buying it. As far as the used mattress we don't touch those because most customers get their own. I did offer to throw it out and give you a new one out of any other RV we had on the lot and you said, no problem I'll just order a new one. No signatures were forged in this deal. We have every form docusigned by you including the extended warranty and GAP, The money has posted to your account and out of ours. I called to confirm. Our goal is and always will be to help people go camping and have fun in the process.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      This response is ridiculous. We can prove 100% they were aware of the water damage. We also have copies of forged signatures that I would like to send you. These are not DocuSign, as we all know DocuSign has their logo on any signature. 

      There were many promises made that were unfulfilled. I would like to send in copies of the forged documents. I would like to send in the promises they made for repairs. None were completed. 

      I have printed out our text messages for the attorney general's office and would like to send those to the BBB also. 

      I can prove everything that I have claimed. Thrills RV cannot do that as everything they have said and written to you is not true. 

      The credit Union is investigating the forgeries and as of today the stolen Gap money has not been returned.  I can also prove this. 

      Ask thrills to prove one single thing they have written to you. This is one dodgy dealership and the government is eager to look into their practices. They have asked us for quite a bit of information.

      Forged signatures on 2 contracts. Thrills DID not fix anything they said they would. I will forward you what they said they were going to do. Replacing furniture is one thing they have promised over and over. 
      We called the previous owner of the ** who told us that all the pipes had first and thrills was well aware of this. 

      They were responsible for letting us know about the first pipe and water damage. They neglected to tell us this. That is against the law.
