I have been a customer of Alarm System Store for close to 15 years. I got great support with my first panel installation and years later they provided great tech support with no additional cost. I'm just not finishing replacing me while system and their how to guides and videos are fantastic.

Bought all my equipment from them 15 years ago and have used them ever since. Recently added cell dialing to a family member's system and that is all set. Customer support is by email only and the turn around time was quick. Will use them to set up cell service for my house.AlarmSystemStore.com Response

This company is outstanding, they are there to help you with your questions and to come to ***********. They will always answer your email and text, I am not tech savvy but I consider myself handy, there were times I needed help and ****** was always there to help and he will always answers your email. I was able to add a mobile app interface to my alarm system with monitoring for cheaper than any local company. They also do not try to hide how things work or lock you into contracts. By far the best way to have your alarm monitoring done. It does require you to follow some instructions to get things setup. I asked a lot of questions before and after the sale and they patiently helped. Prior to the sale they had me send pictures of my hardware to help ease my concern and confirm things would function as expected.Top notch customer service. I compare my experience to that of anyone willing to discuss. From the initial purchase, through installation support, and now into ongoing monitoring, I have nothing but positive experiences with the various teams. This do-it-yourself model is intimidating but the rewards far outweigh the time I spent bringing the whole thing online. Installed my alarm system over 10 years ago and have had it monitored by the Alarm System Store without issue for the same time. One break in many years ago and the system worked as it should and central station called the police.Affordable and reliable service run by real humans..
