      9-24-21 date service by ************************* tech,under Operating Mgr.**** over Company.@ Greenwood,Ind location they closed..Now **** *** of **** Dr.Columbus location.. After also told to me Tech Tory told me on a 3rd return to business he installed External Antenna on my motorcycle for better reception.Which I found out later he just shoved antenna wire under Gas tank!! Unethical,and lied to me as a customer. Talk to **** ***** today ******* Stated he would take off all speakers & wiring of my bike- then give money back.Un-Acceptable. I have wasted time& Gas& been lied to service Rendered ( Fraud) that they did something to Antenna which was False...I would like another speaker system as replacement for Inconvenience," Not same system they installed!!! Or monies back and I keep older model they installed..Receipt# ***** paid additional labor ***** for hookup..So,bottom line my money back or give me another system free of charge- for all ********************* information & on services Rendered......they have a better system for $300.he stated they could Eliminate this complaint...I'm out ****** labor on parts& + did not hook up for Mfr Requirements from Stereo Manufacturing requirements to Ignition system,Not to battery for possible running down battery..... Also **** told me that he never recommends at his Columbus store customers to put on the device they put on my bike he never would recommend that device on anything but a golf cart Not a Motorcycle So they sold me something that they knew wasn't going to be working for that setup ( Motorcycle)

      ********************** had came in inquiring about audio options that could be done on his motorcycle.  He was presented with a few different options that we do  He chose the system that fit within his budget.  He was scheduled and installation was performed.  He came back because of poor FM reception.  The unit advertises FM reception but is not a selling feature for us as most customers use the bluetooth feature.  The system purchsed includes a small 5" external antenna wire for reception.  The issue was resolved as it was picking up several fm stations and was shown to ********************** before he left our business.  8 months later he is now saying the system is not good enough for him.  He called and I explained what all could be done, including a full refund on the product/labor and we would remove it.  I even offered to refund the product and apply the money towards a better system but he declined.  He insist on keeping what he has but feels he should get his money back.  If the product isn't performing, Im not sure why he would want to keep it.  As i told him per our phone conversation, we are more that happy to refund his money spent and return the product.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      1st) I Called the Manufacturer of that radio after the "third visit at the Greenwood store stop 18" that 'he was not involved with 'and (was not aware)  of there was No paper Transactions between ***** the technician from the 2nd,3rd.visit After Initial install ..

      2nd) *************** on the Third visit when, I came down for the Appointment in late toward the End of October first- November when I had a warm day probably ***** degrees, Which I had to Drive in a Cold that he was going to Install An (External Antenna from Amazon ) that he was going to purchase from his account..... That later turned out to be False!!!!  This in itself was False& 

      Probably Fraud on his Account as a Representative for this Company......

      3rd) found out by looking Around the End in front of My Motorcycle on my gas tank.. All he did was shove the little 5-"in little piece of skinny wire and (shoved underneath my gas tank) after making me come down there spending 30 minutes down there  & Another Hour waiting and then coming home in a Cold and then find out later Nothing was Ever Purchased.. Even when I asked for a "receipt from Amazon he said Don't worry about it it's on me " I'll pay for it he would never give me a receipt,  well now we know why!!!!!

      4) MFG stated & on Installation paperwork unit needs to be wired to Ignition only, Not Battery,So unit will go off after turning off Motorcycle,so battery will Not Drain on Bike.....

      5) When I called the Company that puts out the saddle tramp stereo system speakers they , said this unit is No longer being Sold it's being Discontinued Item ,So All stores basically have to just sell out of that item before, when they make a Brand New Item they can go ahead and reorder different model number..... Also,stated that they had problem's with Bluetooth operating Sys.

      Not to mention Radio Reception....

      6) And in this Conversation he stated that he's willing to take that old one off for $89 and apply it to the new one he's got down there for almost $389.00  I'm not paying over $200 almost $250 to get a New System that they Already Fraudulently Sold Me one that was Not Even for my motorcycle and that "he stated only he wouldn't recommend putting it in a golf cart..!!!!!  

      Tori and ***** that was running the technicians Employees -"Not General manager" that I ever talk to was ever present at that location in Greenwood Not one of them tried to Solve this Problem when I made three trips down there, And Not One of them Ever said we would Never Recommend this radio for these motorcycles & We would more less Not Even put it in a 'golf cart 'that Had Poor Reception.. All these are false statements made by **** the ** owner of Columbus store to the BBB......

      Unless they want to come down to a manageable total figure on top of $89 already lost on top of the labor I spent I'm not willing to spend more than 80 85 $90 if they want to upgrade me I'm not spending $300 for another stereo system or they need to pay me back on my labor my time and the $89 back.. or just write me a check for $89 to end this matter but I'm Not wasting my time to go back down there and have it Ripped out and give me $89 back after I already paid out that and labor $$$. Plus  time.......

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this response/resolution is satisfactory to me. 

      ******, I went ahead and Got on my Android you know, I had trouble before that's why I sent you your Messages Clicked on the button. I accept the business response ..I just need you to let me know are they Wanting me to take all the reviews down from ****** before, they Submit a Check or I can or are they going to Cut me a Check.. they should Already have my Address.  I'm sure you have it and , they Already have it from Our purchasing the Product, So I don't know why they Need my address again but I'll go ahead and give it to you.!!

      PS- are they going to refund my money they charged me for labor for Installing that, As well do I get ( My labor back or just the money for the unit!!!)

      I took my classic truck to have a radio put in and I told the guy I did not want anything cut that's why I didn't want to put speakers in my door so there's a besil that holds my radio in so I agree for him to cut that but he took decide to cut my dash on my truck has well when you post to trust a company to do something for you and do the opposite of what you wanted them to do and then they do something eles so please put your self in my shoes and ask your self how you would feel if someone does that to you thank you
