Hired their service to remove a tree, in the process they hit my house damaging the gutter, window trim and siding, as well as significant holes in the yard from equipment, and busting my window well covers. The gutter was fixed incorrectly obviously not straight. I have made numerous calls, the owner keeps saying he will come by, but never does. He did not even leave a note or inform of the earlier damages. When I called he said he already knew.Initial Complaint

****** Tree Service damaged my property by dropped a tree onto my house and deck, significantly damaging both *******, gutter, and deck. This was +8 weeks ago, and ****** (the owner of the company) has told me "he is coming to fix" it every week since. He is un-professional and is now just silent about the issue. Leaving me no choice but to fix it myself and warn other potential customers about this dangerous company and business.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]********************* still has not reimbursed me for getting both my roof and gutter fixed. Business owner (*********************) also refuses to contact me and I have to speak with his brother instead.
Yes, ***** (his brother) fixed my deck. But, I am still out $643 which I have been told numerous times would be taken care of by this "business".
Please find attached, including conversation saying I would be reimbursed back on October 28, 2022.
