On June 28th I used the online ****** Bluebook website to get a cash offer for my 2006 F150.They offered me $3,500.00 for my truck. I had the ****** without any leans against it. I accepted the offer with the understanding that I would receive a check within 7-10 days. Now they say I won't get a check for 4 more weeks. I have been mislead and lied to. I just want the money they owe me. Please help me get my money from them in a timely manner.Thank youBusiness response

We have spoken to ************** and apologized for the miscommunication on the timing of his check. We have overnighted the check in order to expedite its arrival and provided him with the tracking number. The customer is pleased with this outcome.Customer response

I traded my 2019 Ram **** Big Horn on 7/28/23. I have excellent credit and my truck is in excellent/new condition. I wanted larger truck **** to haul my horse trailer. ******** a salesman and ***** finance Manager I made the deal with. Truck was to be repaired regarding the steering issue(extremely hard to turn left and right) as well as gooseneck hitch and electric installed prior to trade. 7/28 and as of 8/8 been told as of 8/4 truck in shop and THINK know diagnosis...now I have called Finance Manager and GM with NO reply on update!! This is $415 to $635 monthly difference yet no one can inform me as to diagnosis. I also agreed to premium plus warranty almost 6k!!! So basically appears they plan to put through MY warranty to repair truck!! And No ONE there can call me back.. I want OUT how do they not test drive these vehicles prior to sale MORONS?!!! I have called and emailed numerous times with no reply .now I have paid $3000 out of pocket and driving my old truck STILL!! Horrific experience!!!Business response

I sold my car to Ford of Columbus on May 14th, 2021. I was to receive a check by mail for over $2,400 once they received the title from the bank. However, the title was sent by the bank to the dealership, and I have not yet received payment. Nikolai has been my contact there.Business response
