            On April 30th Brooks Roofing replaced our roof. I was told they would replace any rotten wood before laying the shingles, which they did "for the roof". On May 8th Brooks Roofing replaced our gutters. Everything looked great until I started scraping paint and noticed all the boards under the gutters are rotten. I contacted **** ****** and he sent someone out to look at them. **** then gave me a quote to take the gutters down replace the boards for and put the gutters back up for $640. We decided to buy the boards and paint them and when I informed **** we purchased the boards and were ready for them to remove the gutters he gave me the number for another gutter company and told me to deal with him and just brushed me off instead of doing what he said he would do. All we need is for them to remove the gutters and put the back up once we put up the new boards. We would remove them but we don't want to mess them up.

            Bradley Brooks has a great mix of high tech and personal touch. He did the estimate electronically (using satellite view of my house to get the roof dimensions) and emailed it to me, then also stopped by to shake my hand and further discuss his products and workmanship. He is knowledgeable about the products and installation, and he listened to my concerns before reaching a selection from among the many options for shingle color and style. The day i signed the estimate, he had the materials and dumpster delivered that afternoon, and work began the next morning. He is proud of his work crew, and rightly so: they were hard-working, efficient, and careful about cleaning up during and after the job. I am highly confident in the top-grade materials by GAF, both underneath and on top; and Bradley described and explained their purpose and quality. He registered me for the product warranty with GAF and sent me the document (50 years on materials, full non-prorated cost, and fully transferable to a second owner within 20 years; wind warranty 15 years, up to 130 mph!), and he also warrants his company's workmanship for 5 years. Highly recommended!
