Been with r&r for years and they had a driver run into a metal rack and bent multiple pieces of metal and moved the rack two plus feet. When I called to resolve the issue I was told i would be contacted three separate times by the owner. I was never contacted. Fast forward I show up this morning to my dumpster being pulled and their explanation is that it was to much of a hassle to back up to it. I responded saying this is the first I had heard this and I could have moved the dumpster to an easier location to make it easier on their drivers.Business response

The rack wasnt moved back 2 plus feet it was only moved slightly. As to not being spoken to he was spoken to by me and we couldnt come to an understanding that when your metal pieces protrude into our backing path and catches our truck that isnt our problem. When we sit the dumpsters we tell everyone to have a complete and clear path to the dumpster. Now I have a fairly new truck with scratches down the back of it because of this.Initial Complaint

I paid for service with D&D on 11/30/21 for first quarter of 2022. I have been a client for YEARS. D&D does not offer recycling services and due to a change in our home circumstances we decided to cancel our service on 12/31/2021 and move to a provider that does offer recycling services. I requested a refund on 12/31/2021 and as of 2/2/2022 have STILL not received my refund. I have called 3 times asking when my refund will be submitted and have been told all 3 times the person that handles this has been "busy doing other things and she'll get to it eventually." I paid for my service 1 month PRIOR to the **** being due (**** was due 1/4/22) and requested a refund before the **** was ever actually due.Business response

Our policies and guidelines have always been the The same since our company opened in 2007. We issue refunds on a quarterly basis and have always done it that way. Im not sure who you spoke to in the office or why they would even tell you anything like that. We apologize for this mis-information and actions will be taken on our end. Your refund was issued last all so it should be showing up soon.Customer response
