On Friday December 23 My wife and I stopped by the office and spoke to the office manager ***** and told her that the pipes were going to freeze because I only have hot water and no cold water her response was there is nothing I can do now l will call a plumber on Monday before that happened the pipes froze and broke on Christmas Day sometime because my neighbor called us and said that the fire department is at our building another neighbor called ***** personally and she told him the same thing now I have mold and my landlord wont get in touch with me that is why I am reaching out i would like to get my security deposit back so I can live in a healthier environmentInitial Complaint

Currently renting from location. Over the last year Ive had constant water damage in unit. Result in crumbling/bubbling/molding walls. As well as have gone weeks without working appliances. Expressed issues multiple times with management and was dismissed and told to leave if I didnt like it and they will take me to court. I have a small toddler with a hyper sensitivity to mold and do not have a working refrigerator/freezer with no contact or reassurance for solution. Ive documented every contact, maintenance request and was told they didnt have any extra appliances. (Air conditioner, dishwasher, refrigerator)
